    In my part of the world, coconut oil is known to be anti-inflammatory. I have used this for a long time, not for cooking, but applying it to my skin. Especially when the nerve pain is excessive. Which is alot. Works as well as many of those heat type rubs etc. Ty for posting this. Xx

    Your vids are the best. Really super duper informative . I want to share that there was ONE class action lawsuit against one particular brand of coconut oil sold at Costco .. for having an additive that is unhealthy or toxic and not listed on the label. Sadly some corporations no longer honestly label their products and the laws have actually changed to even allow that. Which is another thing to research. I was having awful symptoms and i was using that brand of coconut oil. When stopped so did the symptoms.

      I love using coconut 🥥 oil for skincare, cooking and consuming.
      Castor oil; I recently started using organic castor oil on my eyelashes and eyebrows for hair growth and health benefits. However, a friend told me it's toxic and to stop using it because he claims it's oil from the castor bean which is the same oil he uses in his vehicles!

    I don't worry about oil reaching the smoke point as I eat oil in the form of nuts such as walnuts, seeds such as squash-pumpkin seeds, sesame, edamame, and peanuts. I also eat avocados, including using it as a spread of flatbreads or tortillas, rather than using butter or margarine. I also sometimes add small amounts of oil to cooked foods. In all cases of cooking, the nuts, seeds, or oil, they are heated either in water, or in the water used to steam vegetables. So surrounded by water, they should never reach a temperature that is much higher that the boiling point of water. I have peripheral neuropathy anyway.

      @LarryMorrow2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Perhaps your peripheral neuropathy has a mechanical cause, like a muscular nerve entrapment. The body is full of those. Thoracic outlet syndrome, Pronator Teres syndrome entrap the same nerve and produce the same symptoms as carpal tunnel syndrome for example.

      Thank you for saying this! The Good supplements usually are a little more expensive, but since there is so much competition now, you can also find a lot of good buys once in a while. This is heart-renching for me also because I have a lot of medical problems, and low income. You can also use natural foods that are healthy to get nutrients you need with out buying the expensive and sometimes not so good supplements in stores, as I've found out! 😉

    I have been consuming MCT OIL since January 2022 and I have lost 110 lbs so far. The thing is I was non weight bearing due to being hit and ran by an 18 wheeler 12/15/2021. I am still healing. I go through a gallon per month. I drink Frankincense water everyday along with proper vitamins.

    • @touchedbyFatherGod
      @touchedbyFatherGod 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @TeriTaurus I use tears and place a couple in a 1 lt glass bottle, keep in the fridge. The tears break down in the water. I replace the water I take out, and the tears slowly dissolve. Frankincense / Boswellia has many benefits aside from being the King of essential oil. I did add myrrh too. It's good, but it gets a little strong.

    U didn't mention grapeseed oil, which I have been using for over 20 years. The best organic, cold pressed is produced in Chico, Ca. I'm glad u did mention the problem with oil and insulin resistance. I saw a new endocrinologist yesterday and he told me "no more oils", of course he also said no more meat, eggs, or butter. Ugh.
