    My nerve pain has dropped in my feet a lot from pounding back plain clean water through out the day. I've tried everything over the last twenty years and it's something as simple as keeping hydrated. My brain must be missing the mechanism that tells my body to drink water so now I force myself and it really works. I still have diminished light sensory in the hands and feet but the pain is gone. It was those periodic tugging feelings at the top of my feet that was going to drive me insane. I've also been off sugar for 30 days but I think it's the water more than the sugar. So KEEP HYDRATED!

      I have really bad peripheral neuropathy from a bad back injury & 4 back surgeries over the last 30 years. I'm also on gabapentin so I think I'm going to try your nerve vitamins to see if I get any relief & nerve regeneration.

    I am a pre-diabetic subscriber who has been following your advice along with the advice of others on youtube, like Dr. Berg. I have been able to keep my diabetes as pre-diabetes for a while now at 5.6 to 5.9 A1C. My goal more than anything was to work on the peripheral neuropathy, it was incredibly bad. At times I couldn’t move my toes, I’d wake up in the middle of the night screaming with cramps on the back of my right or left leg. My fingers would lock up on me and the pins and needles feeling would drive me crazy. All that has disappeared with Nettle Leaf tea (boil 8 to 9 oz. of water, remove from stove and put one organic tea bag in cup and cover, wait 15 mins. and enjoy with no sweetener) Alpha Lipoic Acid, Nutritional Yeast and Benfotiamine. Honestly, no more neuropathy for me; of course I am eating less of what increases my glucose numbers ( I use a glucometer). I have also eliminated most refined carbs and only use monk fruit extract with morning coffee. I watch what I eat but still eat a good amount of delicious and healthy food (I love to cook). My biggest challenge is avoiding rice as I use to eat it often but it raises my sugar levels to over 250, now I eat quinoa instead.
    This video contains very useful information for me, it confirms I am doing some thigs right.
    Keep up the great work! Thank you

      Have you heard of resistance starch? Rice, potatoes, and pasta can be prepared to increase their resistant starch amount. Do not add pil or fat when you cook them. The trick is to cool them in the refrigerator for 24 hours after after you cook them. During the cooling process, a biochemical process occurs that turns the rice into about 40% resistant starch. These are insoluble fiber that your body cannot absorb when you eat the rice. You absorb 60% of that rice. That gives you the calories. The remaining insoluble resistant starch is eaten by your gut bacteria. Starch is their preferred food. If they do not get the food (bcz you did not eat rice), they starve and eat the mucus lining of your intestine in order to survive. Thst causes leaky gut. You can reheat the cooled rice, and it remains 40% resistant starch, insoluble fiber that your body can not absorb.

      I definitely recommend you start with Nuphoria cm Gold and Nerve Defense for your neuropathy. Our Gold formulation begins the repair and regeneration process of the nerves. The Nerve Defense formula protects your nerves from further damage or attack and furthers the regeneration of the nerves. Both of these formulas are designed to work synergistically with each other.
      If you can only afford one of these products, then you would start with Nuphoria cm Gold, which is the foundation of nerve repair. When only using the Gold, it’s very important for you to change your diet to either an anti-inflammatory diet or a ketogenic diet. There are many videos on TH-cam about these diets.
      Also, you should begin doing Peripheral Neuropathy Exercises 5 days per week. You can go to our TH-cam channel: Nerve Doctors to learn more about exercises that will help with your healing.
      Here’s the link to the video we did on these exercises: th-cam.com/video/gLOqi7eEDTw/w-d-xo.html
      If your neuropathy is very severe and you can only do one or two exercises, we recorded each exercise individually, to allow you to start off slowly and gradually work up to the entire video. I would add 1 new exercise every week or two. If you would like additional information you can always contact our suppor team at (844)400-0101.

  • @belabutalia4925

    I recently had my full body tests. Fasting Sugar was 91, PP was 92 and HbA1c was 6.2. But Vit.B12 and Vit.D were high, so my Endocrinologist told me to stop Vit. B12. I had told her I was taking Nuphoria cm Gold, basically for my neuropathy. I even sent her images of the front and back of the Nuphoria bottle, but I think she ignored it. Pain and cramping of legs and feet is the department of the neurologist. She only insisted I stop the 'active form of B12' I was taking, for some time. So now I had to stop Nuphoria Gold. But I have continued with Acetyl L.Carnitine, the two supplement of the Nerve Defense formula. In the lab reports there is some below level decrease in LDL, as well as some as yet insignificant signs in Thyroid. The problem with conventional knowledge is that medical practitioners don't want to think out of the box. I only hope stopping Nuphoria after two months (at two servings a day instead of four) will not cause complications.

    New subscriber here, thank you for all of your wonderful helpful content. Do you have any advice/help for how to relieve itchy skin from peripheral neuropathy? There is so little information on this and my husbands quality of life has been greatly affected. Thank you again

    • @pjj.5649
      @pjj.5649 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I was experiencing the itchy skin too and it made sitting quietly, sleeping, daily functioning a nightmare. I found my problem was I was taking hot baths with Epsom salt- what a terrible combination. The hot water just burns skin that is already tender. The Epsom salt dries the skin out even more. I wanted to dip myself in a bucket of lard if it would stop the itching.
      Now I make my bath lukewarm, for about 10 to 15 minutes without the epsom salt. I pat my body dry leaving some dampness on my skin. I don't use perfumed or fragranced soaps or shower gels. If I put any moisturizer on my skin afterwards, it's usually rose water and glycerin which can be a little sticky, but it helps if I need it.
      Maybe this will help your husband. I hope so because that itchiness is torture. All the best!

      There are many causes of peripheral neuropathy. The most common is impinged nerves- that can be at the cervical root nerve level, in the scalene muscles, the brachial plexus, or at the elbow or wrist level. Depending on which finger tips are numb you can diagnose whether its the median, ulnar or radial nerve thats impacted.

    Appreciate your video. Pretty well reversed my type 2 about 6 months ago, from around 10 to 5.9. simply cut out bread, sugar and potatoes. You might say I was doing Keto-without knowledge of Keto. I have burning feet and calf pain when I walk, more so when I carry things. So, I have neuropathy and/or poor circulation? As a side note my glucose was elevated for many years (40 yrs) but I never took any medication; I just decided to get off sugar, especially after viewing videos like Dr Lustig and yours. Now, what do I do to improve my situation? I am 87, but generally in good health, except what I mentioned. I am 140 lbs at 5' 9", and never been overweight.

    Riboflavin in R5P form makes a BIG difference to my prediabetic symptoms. I also selfinject b12 and take methylcobalamin under tongue with enough folate. I take sulbuthiamine and allithiamine. B6 in P5P form is great as well. Diosmin with hesperidine is a game changer. I am WONDERING why you don't tell the importance of B2 for all the other B vitamins to work.

    Keto diet can be VERY bad for women in perimenopause and menopause, can raise stress hormones way too much making blood sugar too high and unstable with too high blood pressure. Been there done that. I find it better to do low glycemic load with a lot of vegetables too, sharp focus on keeping blood glucose stable.

    Diabetes is not an insulin deficiency. It is an insulin resistance disease. Insulin increases and the cells become resistant to its effects because of chronic hyperinsulinemia. Chronic high insulin in the bloodstream causes disease as well as high blood sugar. Get your doctor to order a fasting insulin level done at the lab( you have to specifically ask for this lab test). This will show a high level of insulin which happens well before a high blood sugar shows up because the pancreas is putting out more and more insulin to try to lower blood sugars, until blood sugars in the 200 and 300s overwhelm the insulin . This is called insulin resistance and is the reason people aren’t diagnosed with diabetes until blood glucoses are extremely elevated. Insulin increases first , then blood glucose elevates as it overwhelms the action of insulin. Period.

    Is there a link between a Ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatoid diagnosis and these kind of conditions. I have the same pain in my feet as other parts of the body at the same time they swell up and burn like little stones
    I went to the doctors years ago asking about diabetes they told me my blood pressure didn’t signify that I would have such condition. Never heard that before lol then they did the pen prick for sugar/glucose and said it was ok even tho I think it was high normal from online research. I also was aware that high insulin isn’t always the result of sugar alone and I asked for a check of the insulin levels and the doctor got funny as if I was telling him his job and told me with a firm voice. “You don’t have diabetes trust me your blood sugars would be high” so I went home. Many years later I have Ankylosing Spondylists and burning nerves from inflammation all over the body from head to toe I get no help from local doctors they are useless to me they don’t understand the human body

    It is not due to elevated diabetes but high insulin resistance. Please do check the research on the subject.

      You can purchase it from Amazon or off the internet. Brands I recommend are Thorne, Pure Encapsulations and Mercola. I don't get paid for those endorsements. These are the brands I take myself and prescribe for my patients.

      First off I was in the same position and my feet were on fire all the time. I had Kaiser, and they sent me to the most useless doctor. I explained my symptoms to him. He asked me NOTHING about my diet and habits. I asked him what I could do to improve my situation, and he told me that there was nothing I could do. The useless S.O.B. didn't even order any blood tests. And I TRUSTED that clown.
      About a two years later, I got bronchitis and was out of work for a month, which interrupted my routine. Since I was not driving to work, I was not stopping every day for a redbull and sugary snack. A month of that and I lost my desire for sugar and sweets. Food tastes significantly different now, candy is disgusting, and I get I'll when I see redbull displays.
      My feet started feeling better within weeks. The pain is not all gone, although it is significantly lessened. I would say about 70% reduction. I suspect that the remaining pain is mostly from plantar fasciitis.
      Sugar was the problem for me.

      My chiropractor added in Neuropathy treatment to what they do. I had stage 1 Neuropathy and have been doing a regime for 12 weeks.. 30 min on a vibration plate, 30 min w. the Rebuilder, (foot soak with the electric pulses), and then using redlight 3x a day.. And when I started I did not feel the electric shock in the testing, but yesterday i went in for an evaluation and WOW I felt it! before, my toes were white in the bath but now it is just a white patch on the tops.. and i can stretch my toes and i practise picking up a tissue, lol, with my toes.. i do the exercises the Nerve Doctors have, and take the Nuphoria Gold. I also eat a very healthy diet -- you can heal. God meant for us to be healthy and there are ways to help help. This channel has been a great help. Listen to what she says about Insulin Resistance.. from what i am learning, this is behind all the disease.. i am not diabetic. My calves ached so bad and my feet hurt so bad I thought I would need a walker.. also I switched to barefoot shoes..i'm not in incredible foot pain now..
      OK I wrote too much.. I'm an old lady who spends her spare time trying to find ways to keep myself going. I have never gotten satisfactory answers from the typical doctors and their obsession with blood pressure and cholesterol. Diet affects everything.

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm sorry to hear about our diagnose is but the good news is at least now you know and can get to work on reversing it. Step #1- Follow a healthy Keto Diet: studio.th-cam.com/users/videoFYlfnqWKb0g/edit
      I recommend buying a book that provides you with recipes and Dr. Berg puts out great info on implementing a healthy keto diet.
      Step #2- Start taking the following supplements: Berberine, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and Benfotiamine. Here are videos I've done on each one of these:
      th-cam.com/video/2-yS-ClqhZs/w-d-xo.html
      th-cam.com/video/Jc0cJQ8BkT8/w-d-xo.html
      You need to incorporate exercise at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 20 minutes.
      Also, you need to get on a good quality B complex, because being diabetic will cause vitamin B deficiencies which will then lead to peripheral neuropathy.
      If you implement all of these things, your T2 diabetes will be reversed in no time.

    Do you know if it's safe to take NAC with amalgam mercury fillings? I'm 33 with rapidly worsening numbness in body. Finding it tough to talk now with facial numbness & my legs are sometimes too heavy to walk. Please help

    • @jolie1327
      @jolie1327 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      You need to get to a biological dentist who can safely remove the mercury fillings. It must be done in a safe manner otherwise the mercury will be released into your bloodstream.

    • @margiemurray2147
      @margiemurray2147 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I was going downhill fast until I found a green dentist. He removed all my Mercury amalgams in a very safe environment using oxygen and other instruments to make it safe for everyone to remove them. He did a blood test to see which form of safe materials would work best with my bloodstream when putting in new fillings. They can only do one quadrant at a time and depending on where you are it could be expensive but it is worth the expense
