    today is my 16th day of muscular 8 plan.....lost 67-68 killograms to 64 killograms with water weight......followed 100% diet plan....doing workout with moderate intensity....doing 30 minutes uphill cycling....lost 2 percent of body fat from abdominal area...22 to 20 percent.....1st 2 weeks is hard to eat and adjust myself.....but right now much better with dry food

    I started to follow from last week..and i got super result in 1 week...i was 83 kg and after 10 days i am 81.6...and followed his meal almost 75 percent ..changed some meals...thats it

    Guru Mann sir please suggest me a simple fat loss diet plan as I am a working man and hardly get time during day time also I do work outs (morning) in my small home gym to maintain my fitness. I am a vegetarian but can consume eggs basically eggetarian (in local words). Thanks and waiting for your valuable suggestions.

    Since childhood, we are used to take sugar with the milk at bedtime. When I watched this video, I was surprised how would it taste without sugar. I thought that it would taste really bad but things happen exactly opposite.
    I didnt feel to include sugar at all in this meal.
    I think I'm gonna remove laung from this meal. It tastes differently bad.

    is it necessary to add almonds with milk.
    I have been using almonds since 3 weeks and they are no more left but I have a stock of walnuts (akhrot) left almost 1kg.
    so I want to use walnuts instead of buying almonds again as they're bit costly too.
