    I first time made it in full vegitarian form. Its really good and healthy feeling besides little less taste like no salt and less cooked vegetables.
    I added paneer instead of chicken pieces. And all things are same.
    I take this with boiled brown rice and it feels far more better lunch than regular food.

    For those who say taste is bad. Probably its because of putting yogurt on hot meal. Avoid putting it in meal . You can eat yougurt separately. I have experienced it. I was about to vomit when I tried first time

    But its very difficult to eat since its taste is quite raw.
    At one time i felt like puking.
    The combo of chicken and vegetables are not suitable for me.
    Can i add stir fry sauces to chicken and vegetables on separate basis.
