    I've been doing some of your easy 10 minute chair exercises, gradually mixing them with a 15 minute one or a 20 minute stretching video-they're easy to tailor to my needs. Just started the walking ones...this is my first 30 minute workout! I thought I wouldn't make it, but I did. 😂I'll run through it a couple of more times and then add my hand weights. I appreciate the choice of coach or no coach, alternative moves, and a kind approach. I'm trying to establish a regular routine and your videos really help the circulation in my legs and feet, in particular, and I can see I need to work on my balance because that part was harder than it should be. I've been recommending your channel to my friends who are struggling with poor health or past injuries that make exercising difficult for them. Thank you!

    So glad I found you. It’s a new lease on life for me. I thought my exercise days were over. Then here you are! I am so happy now! After a hip replacement, rib removed from my back, varicose veins, and breast cancer survivor I needed this so much to get out of my pain and depression. I appreciate you so very much!       @@ImprovedHealthI’m 60 and on your sitting exercises so far. My goal is to work my way up. With my hernia in my back I find the breathing to be my struggle. I’m finding that it’s getting easier to breathe now. As that happens I feel I can get to the standing ones.

      This routine is great for me. The stretching has helped my back tremendosuly. The time is perfect and I appreciate being able to alter or stop as I need. Thank you for making this video

    I Googled ‘free online exercise for seniors’ and found you. Your tag ‘low impact all-in-one, no equipment needed’ prompted me to click your link first. I’m so glad I did. I’m 64 and needing to make changes after getting Covid a while back knocked me off my game. This video is just what I needed to see that I can get a workout without being overwhelmed or feel inadequate. Thank you for getting me on track for better health and mobility!

    I was terrified! Half an hour at my current health. I'm not going to make it! But I always watch the whole video for statistics out of sympathy for the coach.
    Then I started to exercise. I thought I would just do a warm-up. But it turned out that the workout is very easy and not tiring.
    It is a little more difficult to lift the leg with weights.
    I practice 1 hour of balance every day, but I didn't think to include weights in it. You also suggested squats very easy.
    You are right there are problems with coordination of movements, which makes me nervous.
    The whole session went by in no time. Thank you, Jules.💛

      I'm glad to read the workout was more manageable than you thought it would be:) When I create the gentle workouts, they are designed to be gentle. I try my best to create 3 levels...gentle, beginner and intermediate. You can also find them categorized in the playlists and on my website to help you find the ones that suit what you are looking for that day. I hope that helps.

    These are really great. I just started a new job as an activity Director for a senior care facility and they love them. We have a wide variety of physical levels and wheelchair-bound seniors. Do you have any videos that show modification moves for people that have to sit or are in a wheelchair? That would be really cool to see that behind you while you are doing the standing version. 😊

    I’m 66 and have been exercising with you since February of 2023. My balance is better, I can move my arms better and my neck is not as stiff. I dairy farmed with my husband and used to pick up 80lb grain bags over my left shoulder and would pick up 110lb hay bales. My shoulder is shot and can not go to far back or be level. Thank you for your encouragement. I do like no talking and showing the next step at 5 seconds. Merry Christmas

    I found you by searching on TH-cam. I was looking for beginning exercises (I'm 66) that would help me get started. I love that your exercises are free to use. I was getting tired of ads that showed simple, doable exercises, but made you take a test abouty weight loss and then would suggest a routine (which you had to pay quite a sum for) that was not the exercises shown in the ad. Thank you for all that you do.

    Great video, thank you! You have a nice calm manner which is very encouraging. The whole routine is great, not too fast and can speed it up as you go. I do an hour walk per day and this is a great addition to my exercise regime. I usually do two of your 1/2 routines. Watching from New Zealand. 🤩

    My wife and I (late 70's) really enjoy your workouts. They help put a spring in our day. We are wondering if you have ever used or tried to incorporate small 30 - 50" trampoline or re-bounder in a workout. We have used ours on and off for several years and find it easy on the knees and improves our balance. Now we can use it with your videos improvising our own moves. Love your music choices.

    So glad I found this slower gentler workout. I'm 77 & a full time care taker, so there are days when I'm just not up to a more vigorous exercise routine, even though I know I need to do something to keep me strong. Thanks again for all of your workouts!

      With being a full-time caregiver, there is definitely a lot of physical work involved in your daily routine.     This was a very nice workout. Feel great afterwards. Had to take two little tiny breaks--but healing from a sciatica attack reckon that's not too bad. Coordination was a challenge (even as a kid I was was the clumsy one) and couldn't always see what you were doing (had to do without my readers) so not your fault (or mine). Thanks.     Thank you so much for doing workouts where I don’t need a lot of room. I live in a tiny house so 8x8 is about all the room I have. I’m 68 yrs old and want to stay in shape in the winter but going outdoors is awful to exercise in. Thank you for videos for older people that are doable but keep us in shape. I LOVE the monthly calendar for something different each day. ❤

    This was just perfect , I had to take a week off I had skin cacancer removed at the top of my thigh so I had to let the healing begin but thanks for creating all levels of workouts THANKS SO MUCH

    I've been looking for an exercise program that I could do at home after school each day. One of my friends recommended your videos and I"m so glad she did. I just finished my first workout and I will do it again tomorrow! Like the commenter below, I had a hip replacement and have had a hard time finding an exercise program that works with my schedule. In the summer, I did water exercise classes but those are only offered in the mornings while I am teaching. I'm grateful to my friend for recommending your videos.

    Thank you so much for offering these easy low impact routines for older adults. I struggle with bad knees and need to lose weight; these are so energizing and get me feeling great. I only wish you offered a couple routines that can be downloaded and played when internet isn't available. I'd gladly buy a downloadable version of a couple! We vacation in Georgian Bay and have no hydro (hence no internet) and I hated going 2 weeks without.

    Great gentle exercises. Not too strenuous! Not too many repetitions of the same exercise which helps. I have been doing just for a week and doing it every 2nd day and walking the other days. Finding it helpful. Thank you.

    We tried this new one out this morning, and really enjoyed it! It’s always fun learning some new moves (some were a cognitive challenge, but that’s good!)

    I wasn’t sure at what level to start, so I started with the level 1 and I’m glad I did. It was a good workout for me. My goal since I retired two years ago is to get in shape and I’m only just now getting around to it. 😱I do notice a lot of stiffness in my knees that I never noticed before, but hopefully that will go away as do more of this. I’m going to go down the playlist and try a new video each day. Thank you for your channel!!!

    After taking 4 days off from exercising today's work out was perfect to get back into the groove. I found the link on the October Calendar. Next up is the strength workout. Thank you so much for putting these calendars together. I get the variety I want and not the worry of being to repetitive on any one muscle group for the strength workouts.

    Like other posters below, I have some big health challenges, including a lung condition and arthritis. At age 77, I've had to make some adaptations to some of the workout (I cannot raise my right arm very high due to arthritic pain) but I'm so glad I found you, so many others I can't and/or don't want to do!
