    I am a Stage 4 cancer survivor- now 2 years cancer-free! This workout is PERFECT for me. It covers all aspects of gaining strength and health throughout my body. I do pause for some breathing between each section. This enables me to complete the workout. I can't thank you enough for this video. It's a major part of moving forward with my life.

      First of all, SO thrilled to read that you have been cancer-free for 2 years! My dad also had stage 4 cancer and is still alive and well at 76 (actually survived two types of cancer). I’m so glad to read that you enjoyed this workout and that you want to do strength exercises. If you go to my playlists, I have lots more like this one. Just look for the all-in-one playlists. Those ones all include cardio, strength, balance and flexibility exercises.

    Hullo Jules....one of my favourite all inclusive shorter workouts...
    While doing this again yesterday, I was struck by how fortunate we , apartment-dwellers are, to have these low impact workouts.Good exercise, without disturbing the residents a floor below..🤞...Thank you♥️

    This is the first one I've done of yours that includes talking (normally, the talking in other workout videos is much too cheerleader-ish and annoying for me). It was a great mix of cardio, strength, balance, and stretching, with just the right amount of talking for instruction on proper form and previewing the next exercise. I appreciate the mellowness of the talking and background music, not to mention that the workout felt very effective.

    I’ve been helping my daughter with her new house as it’s a big job and have had quite a bit of back pain and hip pain so I think when I’m feeling a bit better I am going to give this a go

    Here, in Israel it is raining and very cold, academic studies are done by the zoom again. After a day next to my computer I've enjoyed this wonderful and calming workout!

    Loved how you cleverly incorporated moves to give us a thorough w/o in a short period....can be done twice, if one had the energy(I'll do so tmrw...), or faster, maybe?

    I really like the all-in-one workouts! It's the perfect solution when you can't decide what to do.
    I was actually going to start with your 25 Day Strength Series, but after a busy day in the garden (I can already feel it in my legs and arms), I decided to take it slow today.
    I'm having a problem anyway, since you have so many workouts I'd like to do, but don't even know how to fit them all in my workout schedule.

    Good one! Ya' know...them squats just ain't so hard anymore...but you've thrown in those lateral leg raises again. Inner thigh muscle definition...the Holy Grail...

    This was perfect for me to still get a full body workout in this morning. I had an early morning appt. so I could do it by getting up a 1/2 hour earlier. Thanks again for keeping me motivated to stick to my schedule with no excuses.

    Thanks for this. I do the Improved Health 20 chair stretch routine first and then add the video of the day. This gave me a 40 minute workout fit for my condition at the moment.

    This is a great video for when I need something gentle to begin my day. (Some days I wake up less refreshed than others, and that's when a workout like this will help me get my exercise without me feeling overwhelmed.) It turns out that some stretches are nicer done sitting than standing.

And you're not alone with waking up some days feeling more tired than other days...I think most of us fluctuate in the way we feel day to day. It's great that you still push yourself to exercise on those days...that is the best way to feel better:)

    Happy Saturday. Did a lot during week so did this today. Wow tremendous (another new word). This was so good. I loved all your instructions and picked up a few weeks things that I wasn't doing so I learnt something new. I used 2lbs weight and still felt it rea4wofk. Felt my form for some were better with lighter weight. Also loved dead lift... Seemed to make sense to me more .. Not sure why. I know not everyone likes talking throu4it but I really picked up few things. Fantastic. Happy weekend all❤

      The deadlift is definitely a great exercise...your hamstrings might be a bit sore tomorrow (just a heads up). But, they'll get a lot stronger with that exercise.

      Hi! I'm glad this one works for you. Since it's an all-in-one (including strength), it's best to do it every second day. You can do any of my cardio workouts the opposite day.

    Hi Again Jules,
    I was hoping I was going to find a nice quick movement break... total honestly...I was only here for the warm up and the stretching at the end to close out my day. (I went super slow during your cardio)
    I have to tell you there were two major things that attracted me to this video (besides the time and the fact that you were in it.)
    The first:
    I absolutely love your leggings
    The second:
    That beautiful pillow with white roses...not only is it absolutely gorgeous but all I think of was a beautiful frosted wedding cake. I wanted to eat it. I even told my husband I wanted to eat the pillow 😂
    The finisher:
    Bonus right here...my husband has started working out with you because he loves your pace, he likes your voice much better than the other channel I was listening to (literally I would put her on and he would walk out of the room).
    And For anyone who get can get my husband to move...that seriously is Huge!! Sincerest congratulations on doing the almost impossible 🎉🎊🎉

    Thank you so much for this workout today. It was perfect for a no excuses workout when my usual workout time was spent getting lab work done after a physical. I saw this before I left this morning and made sure I changed into my workout clothes as soon as I got home.

      @@ImprovedHealth thank you. I definitely have to work harder on the 2 one legged balance moves. My balance has definitely diminished over the last 3 years that started as a knee injury, which has thankfully improved in the last year.

      I'm glad to read that you really enjoyed this one. I bought the tights at a store called Decathlon. I've only recently discovered the store and the prices are very reasonable. They have products for basically every sport.

    Hi. I'm loving this video encaptures all moves. However re the stretches. I can't get my leg bent and ankle to my knee like you do🤷🏼‍♀️ no where near you...and then can't straighten 😒 . Help?

      I lot of people have a hard time with this stretch and I usually do give a modified version. Sorry about that. Can you cross your legs? It so, cross your one leg over the other as most of us do when we sit at a desk. Keep your back flat then lean forward. You’ll feel the stretch in your lower back and through your glutes. You could also add a twist to change the stretch. I hope that works for you.

    All is well, Jules except my one leg stand is still good for nothing. As usual the part with one leg stand I did twice for each leg. Any professional recommendations? My physical therapists assigned by my medical insurance, says, I should accept it. I refuse.
