making this with buttercup squash (cut squash in half, scooped out seeds, placed flesh side down on parchment paper on baking sheet at 400 F until soft, about an hour, depends on your stove i.e. convection oven takes less time) - then scooped out the flesh and made this recipe, yummilicious !!!
