    Just happened upon your videos looking for something else and have added your morning videos to the top of my favorites list. So humane in the morning!! And this one creates a little heat in the process. So many others say they are morning videos but they move a bit too fast (for me anyway) for warm up sessions. Short enough where I can then move on to the tutorials I'm working on. Namaste

    I enjoy your mornings I did Abbs then did this today bit upsy way arround but love my amazing cat and your flows morning practice it's cool makes me feel so much more happier and fresh

    This is great and your instruction is really descriptive and helpful. I have a question... I'm just getting into yoga and enjoying it so far, however I have hypermobility in my hips and lower spine which is causing SI joint pain.
    Do you have any experience of practising yoga with hypermobility? I'm not sure whether it could make things worse so just to avoid hip movements etc. I know you can't be specific and give actual personalised advice but any info or articles you could point to would be so helpful :)

    I tried and loved it! But I think the camera is too far (or if you change your position) and sometimes I can’t see the right posture...
