    Beautiful flow cat, I think u are becoming my morning fitness family to wake up to this was a beautiful flow and I really loved it I even managed to do side leg with arm above my head I'm building back strength being diabetic and my knee injury is getting stronger I got a broke molecular disc issue didn't do surgery but I use foods for helping me and yoga its getting stronger with red peppers capcicum help your flows are so inspiring I adore them x and u make me smile every day now we wake up together it's so cool x
