happy you enjoyed it.. and do let me know if there are any other of these kind of practices you would like me to do..and if you do it again, any further thoughts or feedback on how it felt..
@@Wellmother tracing awareness through the points in my body, paying extra attention when passing points i could feel really tangibly- (heart, head / face, tongue and perineum) as the cycles continued with breath I felt like I was spinning in that motion. Kind of like how you’d feel after being spun around in a rolling chair? But of course not sideways spinning, up and down along the orbit, almost like the more i went on it gained momentum, there were a few jolts in my perineum towards the end of the practice.
@@finthehuman1706 great that you felt the spinning movement and also that you felt it in your perineum.. thanks for the feedback.. it is always helpful to know what different people experience. It helps me in creating other visualisations.
@@Wellmother I’ve practiced your technique more, and now every time I reach my head in the cycle I have what feels like a flush of sexual energy in my head and face. Its pleasurable during the meditation but now afterwards it feels pretty tense . I usually feel ungrounded and live in my head with intellect or worry, so that’s probably why. do you maybe have any videos about this?
@@finthehuman1706 good question.. Re more grounding the macro cosmic orbit is good. In that one we take the energy down into the legs and feet as well.. I also find that the Penetrating Vessel is good for grounding.. again because of its branches in the legs.. Look at my videos on the Penetrating Vessel. I am about to do a whole new series on all the Extraordinary Vessels.. The microcosmic orbit is essentially working with their energies.. but primarily those between the Brain and perineum.. and it's good to balance them with work on the feet and legs.
My breathing meditation is very similar. The “chakras” are the energetic reflections of the endocrine system. In my experience, these hormonal ductless glands are stimulated by the awakening of higher consciousness, not the other way around. Mantak Chia, the Taoist Master, has several books concerning the microcosmic orbit. I recommend reading the Wikipedia articles on, Kumbhaka and another article titled, Merkabah mysticism. There is a great video on TH-cam titled: "I am Exposing the Whole Damn Thing!" (MIND BLOWING!!!!) | Randall Carlson. The new technology reflects the application of those two techniques. Love your inner self and radiate love.
Thanks for sharing this.. I am familiar with Mantak Chia's work, I especially love Chi Nei Tsang. Yes, the chakras include the endocrine system, and, like you, I believe they are stimulated by the awakening of higher consciousness, but I feel that they are also more than the endocrine system too!. This is what I love about Chinese medicine is that it includes our physical body but is also more than our physical body.. The "chakras" or the Inner Four Extraordinary Vessels (Governing, Du, Conception, Ren, Penetrating Chong and Girdle Dai) affect our whole physical, emotional and spiritual body.. I have a video on the Penetrating Vessel and am going to be doing some more on the other Vessels which are not so well know.. I will look up the video you suggest...And yes, let's love our inner selves and radiate love...
I agree not to sit cross legged when sitting on a chair and that feet on the floor is better. However, you could choose to do it in a meditation type pose as I have shown in the pictures, and for those postures, legs are crossed.
@@Wellmother no it's was for the flow of chi through legs and the ground point, also always collect the energy at the navel at the end of practice by spiraling the hands bitty directions depending on being male or female and keeping the tongue in the roof of the mouth to connect the two main Marians.
I have a serious question that I cannot find an answer to: To complete the orbit, one is supposed to touch their tongue to the roof of their mouth. In my case, I have a full plate upper dentures, which means I'm my tongue is touching plastic, and not the actual roof of my mouth. Does this make a difference? Would I be better to take my dentures out when performing this? Thanks to anyone who has a sincere and honest answer. ❤️🙏
A good question. Personally I would say it would be best to take out your dentures if possible, just because it's good to have the direct connection with the roof of your mouth..

Yes, chakras is from India, but the Chinese version of them are the Extraordinary Vessels. mostly Governing, Conception, Penetrating and Girdle. It’s from China (Tao) too; don’t assume everything Spiritual is from India, although lot of it is from that country.

It’s too bad they can’t get their facts straight. This is definitely not from China. The concept or the teachings of chakra is from India.
