    I developed IC during a very bad relationship. After we broke up I dedicated myself to healing. I followed the protocol and advice that banana Blondie (sorry, forgot your name) have shared. It worked! Gradually I got better over the course of a few months. Today I am symptom free and eat as I please. YOU CAN HEAL THIS. DON'T LOOSE HOPE.

    I am so grateful for this yoga video. There's not much material regarding yoga for this condition. I've been doing this and i generally feel more relaxed as does my pelvic floor. You are a blessing from God. May you prosper greatly.

    I used this video repeatedly just over a year ago for IC symptoms and I recovered. I showed it to my pelvic floor physio a few months ago when needing treatment for a hypertonic pelvic floor and she thought it was so good.
    Thank you for creating this video. Using it again for IC symptoms again after a stressful period seems to have set it off and hoping for those amazing results again!

    I'm going to try this exercises!! I have interstitial cystitis and I developed the terrible hunner ulcer... Went to 4 urologists and no one single of them could diagnosed me so when I finally found the specialist was too late as the ulcer was already in my bladder... this last 3 years has been an ordeal... my doctor has burned my ulcer twice.... with little time of relieve.... but I won't stop until I get better....I am going to try this routine.... do I have to do it daily? Also ordered the medical medium books and started drinking the celery juice....I send good vibes to all the women that are suffering with this condition

I have slight pains but not really that painful I have stomach inflammation as well after having this and idk what’s wrong with me I am a male as well . I’ve been to the doctors tried all medications they looked in bladder and nothing was wrong. If someone knows if this is probly what I have can u please comment I’ve lost hope in life lately

    I have been having this issues since I was a child, and I remember having bladder infections often for no good reason. I was diagnosed with fibroids a few years ago, and I've constantly been treated for UTIs, even thinking at times that I had kidney stones. Rarely have UTIs these days, even though I constantly feel that type of pain in the abdomen, sometimes in the lower back, and constantly having to urinate, and so many sleepless nights as a result. I'm hopeful that this will help me, because I'm tired of having to purposely 'dehydrate' myself when I know that I'm leaving the house, or going to sleep. I have never once had a doctor tell me about this as a possibility, but I came across the information about IC in desperation of searching the internet. Thank you for the post.

      I really Hope it gets better for you. Keeping your body moving has helped me in ways I never understood before. Walking for half hr/45 mins a day, makes me feel so good and when I’m on that time of the month, it’s released clots that’s so desperately needed to come out. I feel such a difference in my mood…my whole being feels much better. It’s amazing the simple things that were told constantly that we just think it’s a dr just saying whatever to get us out the office…it truly does work

    Just found your channel recently because I too have I.C that I’ve been dealing with for 15 years,just recently started to get with the program and take care of myself just got a really good job that does not allow very many opportunities to use the restroom and so I’ve been trying to adjust in the mornings by moving my body hours before I go into work and also started yoga.I’m definitely going to try your yoga sessions and see how that goes but also love your advice on nutrition and just caring for your body instead of treating our body like garbage cans that we just fill with waste and trash food/drinks. I hope I can find some relief through all of this so Thankyou for taking the time to even make these videos ❤

    I dint think I have ic cuz I dint have pain. Me researching all this started with symptoms of a uti(cuz I had them but not since two and a half years ago!) and at home Iuti test came out negative. But I felt more OAB-going more frequently than usually. And then just a squeezing feeling of my lower abdomen. So could be bladder, could be my female bits or part of my colon. I have no idea but definitely could half pelvic floor dysfunction and I think these will help. 😊👍

      But I did have symptoms and went to urgent care and the tests were normal for uti BUT my culture came back positive for E. coli bacteria uti. So I got antibiotic.
      So times I just slip up and the wrong bacteria gets in my urinary tract but now I’m more careful and know when to take more d mannose if needed. That’s helps with utis. It is a supplement for urinary tract health. 🤓

      @@aasthakashyap12 could be overactive bladder. I have that. And could look into RX for that. I’ve tried supplements I’ve bought online. Doctor wise menopausal bladder is good. Or better bladder. Or even taking pumpkin seed softgels.
      If you can check with a doctor and try RX first that would be good. I have taken Detrol and tried another one I can’t remember the name. There are a few now that are supposed to help. (In my experience. I’m not a health professional) 😊

    I have researched and found conflicting information, as far as frequent urination goes. I have read things that tell you to go as soon as you feel the urge, and I've also seen comments that suggest for one to attempt to increase the amount of time that you resist going to urinate, in order to stretch your bladder. However, I feel skeptical of the second tip, but I am curious to find out if this is okay to try. Any response would be appreciated.

    • @MiauxCatterie
      @MiauxCatterie 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      i don't know the answer either, but i've wondered the same thing. however it does feel like the best way to avoid the damage caused by letting the irritated burning pee sit there is to go right away and just try to flush with water and deal with the discomfort until you flush it enough to do anything. which makes it hard to exist in society really. thankfully my issues with this come and go in severity. if it were always at peak pain i would not be able to function on any level. wishing you the best.

    I've been suffering with a multitude of health conditions over the years but especially the last three. I seemed to be diagnosed with something new every other month... specialist after specialist..... Testing after testing... The diagnostic results I've been given as of now are: Narcolepsy without Cataplexy, G.E.R.D, IBS-C, Interstitial Cystitis aka Painful Bladder Syndrome... Bruh are you serious? Painful Bladder Syndrome??? That sounds fake. Naw.. there is nothing fake about it. It seemed to start after having reoccurring UTI infections that eventually landed me in the emergency room with a raging bladder infection. I legitimately felt like I was dying. Easily one of the scariest days in my adult life. Anyways, after finishing the antibiotics for that it never felt like it fully went away.... Waking up throughout the middle of the night to pee five drops.... Pressure like when I was pregnant and my son danced on it lol. Except moving in another position didn't necessarily make it feel better. The only things that have helped are a hot bath and physical therapy. The idea of physical therapy for the pelvic floor was definitely not my idea of a fun time but I didn't really care at that point, I just needed relief. Anyways my point to all this rambling madness is when I followed this exercise about 6 minutes in I started crying... I have no idea why this happened but through the whole thing my eyes just watered with tears but not of pain or sadness... Anyways I am going to be adding this to my medicinal routine and thank you for sharing this. Extremely calming and fluid.
    I was also wondering if there was anyone else out there who has all or a combination of the same conditions? Do you have an underlying condition that possibly triggered some of the others? If so, what is it and how do you manage it to live a normal life without battling your own body everyday?

    I think a lot of people have a great deal of difficulty with this. The main thing she asked you to do is relax your pelvic floor. But gives you no information about how on Earth you're supposed to do that. Every time she said that I got so stressed and irritated that I'm sure this made me worse. And frog pose. I couldn't come within a mile of what this woman did and there was no explanation of how to get into this position or what you do if you can't begin to do what she was doing. I find it hilarious that she that you're supposed to know how to relax your pelvic floor on command. That was what I thought this was supposed to do for me.

    • @bananablondie1088
      @bananablondie1088  3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Try not to overthink it😉The postures and breath help to relax the pelvic floor. The muscular action of stopping the flow of urine is how we engage the pelvic floor. To soften the pelvic floor, we release that engagement. I hope that helps😊
