Hey Ralph nice video thanks for sharing your ideas, I still haven't had my fins installed yet but did help a friend with some ideas on his installation and added rubber door mounding weather seal around the edge of the fan purchased from Ebay this also took up the gap and insulated the fan shroud from the radiator but I will also add this for a better seal Thanks!!!!
Where do you find the info on where to place the pins in the ECM for the fan? Going electric in my 03 trailblazer and can't find the pin info anywhere...
Is it possible to install an electric radiator fan instead of the clutch of a 2004 Chevrolet Blazer 4.2 L, and what are the numbers on the BCM? Many thanks and appreciation to you.
Yes but I was only have problems last summer on very hot days. It's not hot enough to know for sure yet but with how large the gap was between the shroud and the radiator it will definitely be much better now.
Did adding the foam tape to fill the gap make a big difference for you? I just put ls1 fans on mine and they arent xooling quite as much as i would like.
Hi Ralph been watching you videos and I just purchased a 2008 TBSS and I’m from New Jersey as well if there is someway I could reach you for some personal questions that’d be awesome
Hey man, Im thinking of doing the LS1 fan conversion. Would you think using 2 in weather stripping would be too much? It would definitely touch the radiator but would the radiator eat it up in time? Let me know what you think? Thanx
I have been on the fence about this so I have an honest question. Did you really gain any hp or great gains (benefits) from this besides just keeping your engine cooler?

Ralph keep us posted on the Temps or any changes pleas
Temps have been solid no problems when it was over 90 and I got stuck in traffic for 45 minutes, even had the AC blowing ice cold.
@@RalphsGarage Thanks Ralph I'm still recovering from shoulder surgery 12 months so I still have to have them installed but thats great!!!!!👍🏾
Is the TrailBlazer SS staying cool in stop and go traffic now?
Yes but I was only have problems last summer on very hot days. It's not hot enough to know for sure yet but with how large the gap was between the shroud and the radiator it will definitely be much better now.

Did this end up working? I've been debating on using ls1 efans or one of the pricey spal setups.

It depends on the gap you have. I have. Pretty large gap on mine and I'm willing to bet you'll have almost he same gap.

Yes ditching the engine driven fan and going to electric definitely frees up horse power.
what setup you running any mods ??
Intake, long tubes, muffler delete, E Fans and a tune
