I've just finished this cool down after today's workout and I love your positive attitude, your friendly and welcoming tone and the fact that you aim exercise at anyone regardless of gender, age or fitness level - AND it's equipment free and easily adaptable in our own homes. You have transformed my whole outlook and attitude towards exercise, diet and mental health over the last 10-11 weeks and I aim to continue as it really does make such a difference to my day. I also love the way you've built us up gradually and added in extras (abs) and Monday challenges for those who want to push harder. Thank You so much.
Hi Joe and thanks so much. I have just completed Day 7 of the 7 Day Sweat. Im a 59 yr old woman on the West Coast of Scotland trying to get fit again. I spent most of my life circuit training, running at the gym etc etc however its all gone a bit Pete Tong in the last few years but now Im determined to get it back for health and looks!! Workout was tough today joe. I have been with you everyday, my fitness challenge has improved and better quality. Not bad considering I have inflammatory osteoarthritis! Can't do many if the jumpy ones but always substitute so still doing HIIT. Love working out with you Joe, you always make me smile. Tina dallard age 54 from Worcester. 🤗

Thanks for showing that injuries can be avoided through a full cool down. I used to go running a lot and get quite tight calves and it wasn’t until I was about 13 mr brown showed me how to do the stretch in PE along with the hamstring stretch which I thought I already knew but anyway my running was transformed. U know, there are no other words for it. I think that is why stretching is so important. Jegan

Really enjoyed this one. Just done your 25 minute kettlebell followed by 5 minute abs. I normally just do a few minutes cool down but this felt really good having a full cool down. Thanks Joe 💛
Thanks a ton! This is the best cool down routine I found till now. I have been doing your warm-up and cooldown Excercise routine for more than 2 months and I can say it's superb. Previously I used to get injured and had to wait for 1-2 day to do next training session but now doing these I am recovering faster and able to do excercise regularly.

I do this everytime I've trained and not going to lie it had helped massively. I do alot of cycling and HIIT and it has stopped me from getting any injuries. Awesome.

Thank you for this and for all your videos. New subscriber. This workout in particular really helped me. I'd forgotten how important stretching after working out is. And it become more important as you get older. These really helped with my tight lower back, hip flexors and glutes. A big fan!

Just tried your low impact workout as I’ve had a knee op and have been in lower back pain. I’ve been keeping up with cycling but just needed a boast. As an ex PE teacher I enjoyed the workout- just long enough, and the fact you aim at ordinary people - who like me have lots of knowledge but still struggling with weight.

done this after each work out about 5 times now and finding can stretch a bit more each time. I finding muscles I used to use for dance and horse riding 15 years ago!

4yrs ago when I first started working out, I genuinely started by just doing this then added the 6min warm up in front and built up from there. Now I run 15-20km each week
Great cool down - I feel much better after a HIIT! Only caution I found is to not push too hard when doing the upward dog stretch which tightens and shortens my lower back and neck
I never used to cool down and now make sure I do this, Thanks Joe. I have lost weight and toned all over doing your workouts 6 times a week. I don't want to lose too much more though as my curves are disappearing and hubs is not happy! I still have a bit of love handles, any tips?
