    Story Summary :-
My second wife, Elior, entered my life during a lonely phase, and we quickly fell for each other. However, our marriage took a turn for the worse when she became increasingly demanding and extravagant. I reduced the money I deposited into our joint account as I felt she was misusing it for her own pleasure, leading to conflicts. This didn’t go well for her and she filed for a divorce asking me for half a million from my parent’s trust fund.
During our divorce proceedings, she aimed to secure alimony, but she was unaware that my family's trust fund was intended for my daughter, not me. Eventually, the court dismissed her demands, and I remained resolute in not letting her have any of my assets. She later requested financial help for her son's education, but my lawyer advised against it due to potential future exploitation. I've since focused on self-improvement and have moved on from this tumultuous chapter in my life.

She displayed a bad history of relationship choices with the boyfriend that left when he heard she was pregnant (explains why he had such an easy time getting her to do whatever he wanted). Meanwhile, the child was likely left at home alone all night while she worked.

Heck yeah. That is part of the plan, snag anyone and everyone into the system... Like paying rent to your local county communist organization.... While they live like Fani Willis on our dime.
I live near a big mudhole called a Lake. Those are the ones building multimillion dollar homes in my area.... County and city government officials. Black SUV's and 2 Tesla, jet skis, 2 boats, with 4 heat pumps with a pool in the back shaped like a palm tree......
One town in our area, the mayor was investing town funds into the lake area he had purchased and was making a country club. There is still only 15 houses there after 35 years, and the country club vanished after 10 years. Tore it down and someone built another house. Most people in the town was oblivious to it all, and never even knew the properties existed right under their nose. Takes thousands of dollars to develop wilderness on a lake shoreline that has been overgrown for centuries. The mayor got it done for free through the town folk. Then sold the property.
One house place though has a 40' wide rock that goes 20' deep into the lake. Ultimate picnic area right on the lake and in the shade of the forest surrounding it.... All the big fish are right under your "peer" everyday of the year, cause it's that deep. But always too clean to see any snakes in the water there ever.

Eventually I met someone when I wasn't even looking and things fell into place. It was nice letting things naturally happen instead of being desperate and getting into an even worse situation.

Just look at this as a business transaction. Getting laid costs money. A girlfriend provides emotional support and love and sex. A hooker provides sex with no strings attacted. A girlfriend and then wife costs a pile when she leaves and a lot of heartache and maybe child support. A hooker costs nothing to stop visiting' you get no grief and you never hear from her again. A hooker will cost money up front and a girlfriend wife way more down the road but you will feel loved once (hopefully), Choose wisely and slowly.😉

People like OP are easy TARGETS for con-women like Elior. I have personally seen and witnessed such women in bars, scouting for an easy prey. They don't make immediate moves, they study and do a lot of research about you and your financial background, before hitting on you. They prefer rich widows, single old men, or emotionally struggling men as their victims. These men are vulnerable, especially when they are intoxicated. Not all men are lucky like the OP in this story. Remarraiges are made in HELL, and the majority of them don't succeed at all. Most of these remarriages don't even last 2 to 4 years. Doesn't matter you are a man or woman, you have to be very careful when you want to marry a individual with children. You should and must do a little research about your partner's background before you move forward. Confide with someone you trust, especially your children, siblings, or friends. Don't reveal any personal information about yourself to these women, you will simply be making yourself even more vulnerable than you already are.

True story. My brother and i are trust fund kids. He married his college gf and within a few months the mask slipped and she became abusive physically and verbally and would openly cheat and brag about it to him. It was clear what she was trying to do. He was just starting his residency and didnt want to deal with it anymore and divorced her. She gleefully exclaimed how she is going to take all of our money and properties from the trust. So court comes and goes. Reverse uno card. Trust funds are NOT marital assets as long as it wasnt set up and contributed to jointly. It was created by my dad. We both put all of our expensive posession back into the trust so technically both of us are dirt poor and my brother was a broke college kid in the eyes of the law. She got held in contempt of court and jailed for 7 days because she was using every obscenity in the world at everyone in the court room. Then exclaimed how she deserves it for having to deal with the struggle of being a woman. She then spit at the bailiff who tried to calm her down. Thats real, that actually happened. Shes been trespassed on both our properties, and my brother jas a restraining order against her.
    Please protect yourselves guys.

Was standing in line to pay for some food at a convenient store. There was a long line. The older man behind me asked if they were all there to play the lottery. It was way up there at the time. I said no and he said. I went to the bank and asked how much they would give me on my house. I think it was like $50,000. He said I put it all on the lottery. I said Damn what are you going to do if you lose? He said he didn’t care the wife got it in the divorce. He is a Legend.

Could OP have gone for full custody? If the child is old enough to make his own decisions, he might just choose to live a better life with OP.

    • @iMadrid11
      @iMadrid11 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

You can't get full custody of a step child. You have to adopt the son first. Which means the mother still have parental rights. So only shared custody only.
The mother will have to give up her son for adoption and give up parental rights to the child. In order for the adoptive father to get full custody.

You forgot to mention that the kid's biological father would have to do the same since apparently he's still alive. @@iMadrid11
The kid was like 5-6 years old, that was said at some point in the video. So not anywhere close to being old enough to make his own decisions. @jozf8163

I have a friend who entered into a relationship with a single mother with one child. She told my friend the father of her child deserted them. He paid for everything she and the child needed. Ten years later he found out the woman had a secret bank account where the father of her child paid $2000 a month into that account. Lucky he never married her. There was a property settlement but she failed mention the secret bank account and monies she had. She was exposed in court and the Judge punished her with nothing from the relationship.

Never, ever, ever open a joint account with a spouse or significant other. All ways keep your moneys from your jobs separate. If one partner quits their jobs, then when their money runs out, oh well.

There is practically zero difference between a woman who is genuine and a woman who is a gold digger. In either case they will come after your money when they divorce you, so what's the difference really? The difference is the gold diggers motivation for divorce was per-meditated, but beyond that the divorce and cash grab are equally as inevitable.
So, men being afraid of gold diggers is kind of moot in my opinion..... marriage in general is the thing to be feared!

Once you set a precedent of paying for things you aren’t obligated to pay, the court will convert your generosity into an obligation. In family court, never offer to pay anything, and never agree to pay anything you aren’t required to pay.

It’s always the man who ditched the woman and abandoned the child, yet it’s the same women that tend to have it happen over and over again. When there’s a singular common denominator the actual problem seems to be obvious.

I lost my first spouse to a heart attack 16 years ago. I was 55 years old at the time. After extensive searches, I went to the Philippines and found a very nice Filipina who was not after my money. We have been married for 14 years. Best decision I have made in the last 14 years.
Of course there are plenty of women in the Philippines that are also after your money. If you want a spouse that is not after your money, you have to learn to ask revealing questions and do a little research into that person before allowing them into your life. I found the Filipina women to be more about family than the money. This was refreshing to find.

It's very common to extort from people who are genuine and want to provide. My dad provided a lot for his brother and he stung my dad badly towards the end. Now we have taught him a lesson or two about finances and taken control of the situation so that he cannot extort any more money from us. My dad though felt betrayed and has sadly passed away recently. Just feel bad about it all.

Op Nta the ex wife ruined it for herself and the son just by being a gold digger he doesn’t owe the mom or son anything he tried to help out but got taken advantage of for real never let someone get to comfortable around you cause it’s always a situation and wait at least 5-6 years to marry someone especially if you don’t know their mindset

His divorce ending is better than that of a lot of men. given the way the law works he effeminately made the right choice in not helping the child, witch is the fault of the law not the child or his. The point women should take from this is that this is one more responsible caring man who has abandoned the idea of marriage. The story and many much worse also scare men away from marriage. Congrats ladies and lawyers. As for her she got far more than she deserved from him and far less than she deserved in punishment.
