    Loved this one. Especially if you challenge yourself with weights. I did with 20 kg dumbbell per arm, but could not complete so many reps though (except for squats with front raise which I did with 10 kg0. A perfect weekend workout. Thank you.

      For you to get achievement on your goal it doesn't matter how much weight you use but what matters is to stay consistent and have discipline and when it comes with weight use the one that will be comfortable for you

      @@chapletgymworkout weights are important too mate, for strength and muscle mass. What matters the most is correct form and like you said, consistency.
