My problem is certain aasanas I am unable to do because I can't sit down with crossed legs. I'm sitting down but I'm keeping my legs straight and little wide. Will that be OK.
Sir your body has no bones. You can move to how ever you want 😊 my bones are hard. Still this video is very useful for me. I have only this problem. If it will work, nobody will be happy more than me 😢 today I am starting 🙏
First of all I cannot sit down and fold my legs as I have knee pain but I can sleep on bed n do my exercises slowly . I sleep in sukhasana n do exercises as u shown dear, Thanks n God bless child .❤️🙏🏻
