    The most honest review that I saw... I'm too on IF since past 3 months with occasional breaks when I satisfied my cravings. I skipped dinner instead of breakfast . In the beginning it was tiring, but later I got adjusted to it, Loosing 100gms per day.

      @@mehbinshams5938 nothing fancy.. I had my breakfast @7.30am ,lunch@ 12.30pm & @ 4.30 pm dinner. So it comes to around 15hours fasting. In the beginning I used feel hungry & get tired, but after few days , I got adjusted . Sleep by 10 , so that you won't feel tired.

    Hi I m doing IF since two and half months. First week I too had these issues like indigestion , only thinking about food and timing and so on. But now IF is the part of my life life style and enjoying it because it has Changed my life . I do 8-4 timing. I have lost around 11 kg. Mind plays big role here(this is my husband I’d)

    Fasting break or break fast ...ഫ്രൂട്ട്സ് പാടില്ല എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്..ബട്ടർ നെയ്യ് ചീസ് ബദാം തുടങ്ങി നല്ല ഫാറ്റ് ഇച്ചിരി കഴിച്ച് ഫാസ്റ്റിംഗ് ബ്രെയ്ക്ക് ചെയ്യുക..30 മിനിറ്റിന് ശേഷം ഇഷ്ടമുള്ളത് കഴിക്കാം.

    Intermittent fasting...you should start with smaller windows...12:12 then progress to 14:10 etc. That will avoid acidity issues. And weight loss is sustainable in IF. It's a lifestyle change

      Wake up 😴⏰ before 6 Am
      1.) Metabolism accelerating , to treat constipation , and cholestrol removing drink
      😊 ( crushed cinnamon (karukapatta) boil in 2 glass water + add crushed ginger (50 gms) , stop boiling and add crushed garlic (50 gms) to it and wait for some time and let it cool+ add citrus juice (half lemon) to it and drink .
      1.)Empty your stomach
      2.) Weigh your body weight.
      3.) Ground workout 🏋🚴💪 (choli ting) link givin above.
      4.) General workout (dance workout any other jumping excercises)
      5.) Diet plan 📝
      a.) Morning 8 .00 Am Breakfast -1
      ☺- 5 almonds + 5 dates + 5 glasses of water+ green tea 🍵 +🥑 avacado
      b.) 12.00 pm - Breakfast-2
      ☺- 2 chappatis + 🥦🥕🌽 vegetable curry or (one egg white 🥚 + sprouted green gram+ 2 small banana🍌)
      C.) Afternoon -1.30 pm
      😁 Lunch -
      Small bowl of rice 🍚 + green leafy vegetables 🍀 + boiled fishe🐠🐟
      (Lean Meat 🥩 allowed weekly twice )
      d.) Evening snack
      😉🍵 (green tea without sugar + 5 dates + 5 almonds )
      e.) Evening 6.00 pm Dinner - 1
      🥰 2 chappatis + one bowl of salad 🥗 + curd (probiotics) if any
      f.) Night 9.00 pm

    I have done intermittent fasting 16:8 and 18:6.I was 69 kg and now 51kg within 9 months. I used to skip breakfast and drink apple cider vinegar at morning then green tea after my lunch. Make sure you avoid Sugar, Maida, oil from your diet. I always workout for 45mins both weight training and cardio. I didn't include any fancy salads or foods, have your homemade regular food with 40%protein, 30 %carbs, 30 %fat. Always count your calories it should be around to 1000 to 1100. Make sure that u r hydrating yourself by drinking lot of water and 8 hours of sleep.

    My wife has been following intermittent fasting since a very long time. But the foods she eats are different. She usually does 18/6 and 24 hours fasting. But she eats very less grains. No dairy, no gluten

    I think you should start with a smaller fasting window..like 12 to 14 hours. Don't make breakfast that late. And eat what you normally eat. Because IF is all about when rather than what you eat. All the best

    Hai Aswathy! Need a suggestion regarding my meal plan-I have 2 idli and bowl of sambar with 1 glass of unsugared tea by 10, then by 1.30 a bowl of rice with curry and thoran, occasionally an egg too, evening a tea and 6-8 almonds, 5.30 I will have 2 oats/green gram dosa with sambar! Is it ok or more than enough! My height is 159 and current weight is 68.6!

    Intermittent fasting was life changing for me. I agree that the first week is a bit tiring but after that I feel great!!! I would never go back to my normal lifestyle again!! With one week you cannot conclude on how this diet works for you but you have clearly mentioned the same in your video. I hope everyone gives this diet a try as it is the most easily followable lifestyle. In 2 weeks I lost 6 kgs and that too I didn’t restrict myself from eating what I like!!!

    More than IF it was portion control eating, low carbs n high protein...More of fruits,veggies n less oil..Basically a very low cal diet.. And if we follow this without IF you will naturally see results....I'm not understanding how IF is adding any value..Someone pls educate me ...

    Thanks for the genuine feedback. As you have right said, regular intermittent fasting is not practical for common man lifestyle. I have personally tried it for a month but some days the body makes it so hard to complete the fasting window and it craves for a hot beverage or healthy breakfast meal until then there is a slight headache. It's possible for those who can strictly follow the proper sleeping hours, disciplined lifestyle, always a heathy eating etc. I understood to loose weight excersise daily for half an hour makes more easy to get the desired results. Anyway Cheers 😊

    Intermittent fasting is truly amazing . I’ve being doing a 16:8 intermittent fast for the last 3 months and lost around 20 kgs so far. More than that , I find it that now I have control over my eating habits . I’ve reduced my fasting period to 20:4 now . Which works fine for me too .

    Ma'am, for 5 days am doing this and I lose 3 kg with one hour walking too...I strongly recommend this....and avoid sugar,butter,ghee and full fat milk....

    Aswathy...thanks for sharing your experience. I too couldn't handle such a lifestyle while trying IF....
    And what I had to go through then, I can see it in you - which is bit of sagging of skin - may be due to weight loss. So it's better to avoid it at this age. We can try after menopause may be😃
    In my case, I had to cook one kind of recipe for me and a different one for my husband and kids, which made me even more tiring! Pls keep posting more videos, am enjoying each of your videos❤

    Im also try this intermittent fasting onr yr before.... I lost 2-3kg in one week.......just avoiding sugar and junk foods.......i think breakfast should be not be late.

    U eat lot of rice during the eating window so u wont lose weight,plus it should be only eating lunch and light dinner.
