    Thank you Very much your the only one that has taken the time to show us Newbies the step by step of this slicer. One question why did you not put the print 180 degrees on its large flat bottom?

    • @studiozombie3d

      I just place the part that way to show how the auto supports work basically. Normally you want to orientate the part the best to reduce suports

      p.s. if youre looking into an sd adapter i ordered a mcro sd to sd ribbon cable adapter

    It's great and I really appreciate it, but I have a problem, it doesn't allow me to change the format of the filament, I don't work in PLA, but in PETG, thanks.

    Hi,
    thank you for the guide. When I start the print the printer starts printing the line in the front, the skirt and the walls then the printer retract and stop feeding filament. The printer is still printing but without filament. Same print sliced in cura worked well. Do you have any solution?
    Regards
    Mitch

    I got a Vyper a short while ago and am very pleased with it. As a beginner, do you have a recommendation for a slicer... Prusa or Cura?

    • @studiozombie3d
      @studiozombie3d  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Personally I use cura most of the time but prusa does give really nice results for some people. I just find cura easier to manage with its ui layout

      The profile in the link has the same settings as the video inahvent had a chance to use prusa much lately and haven't had a chance to update the profile. Will try to get a updated profile up

      @@studiozombie3d ok, the speeds listed at the beginning of the video walk through are different / much slower / perimeters 70mm/s vs 45 mentioned at the start of the video. Which would be better to use? Still a newbie. Tia!

    • @studiozombie3d
      @studiozombie3d  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@gerrbearmac I use 70mms and 40mms outer walls right now and it's good. You can tweak the outer wall speeds 35 is really good too if your printer is really nice and tuned you can do 45 to 50 on outer walls

    Hello SZ3D, first time viewer but loved this how to. I'v been trying to use the Profile from the down load but i'm getting an error message " relative extruder addressing requires resetting. Add "G92 E0" to layer_Gcode." I have no clue how to wright or read code so this all looks a mess to me. could you give me some advice?

    Hey Zombie, mate i followed your video and tried out your Prusa profile with the support testt piece, one I selected the test piece with your profile I received the following error" Relative extruder addressing requires resetting the extruder position at each layer to prevent loss of floating point accuracy, Add G92 E0 to layer_gcode

      In the printer settings I think it is you can add the g92 e0 to the box there and it will fix the error

      It might be the start cgode. Check it and if there's any auto conifg data before the start gcode for something like octolapse it will give a error. Check that first and see
