The Seeds are edible and so is the part that looks like strands take the seeds part and boil to make another dish Take the strands with onions seasonings little veggie stock and make BBQ Jack sandwiches😍

Hey Eva, thanks for the vid, I just opened a jackfruit and it wasn't fully ripe, how do I keep it to finish ripening?
leave it in the skin and all and put it in the fridge to ripen up for a few days. ;-)
