WOW! This was amazing, thank you.
I have experienced a lot of somatic movement and Feldenkrais over the years and absolutely loved this. A really beautiful way of exploring and felt amazing after. Have done it 3 times already!!!

Feel much more relaxed after doing this for first time. Anxiety in my belly gone. Neck feels looser and I'm yawning. Felt really good. Thank you so much

The next day my head was clearer, more spacious, better movement all around. Lightness in my body. Wonderful lesson. Thank you Cynthia.

Loved this! Thank you for a really nourishing, gentle practice. It was wonderful to move with such mindfulness. .Always so much to learn in the movement world! I had moments of finding myself wanting to cry and other times feeling a smile break through. It was so subtle and yet impactful.

Thank you for the lesson. Even though I couldn't fully do the lesson (due to injury), I have fysiotherapy and I found this brought additional relief and spaciousness to my troublesome hip.
    Thank you.

What a Gift you give us! Thank You immensely. Am registered for the summit. Have had some Feldenkries treatments and always wanted to take some Feldenkries classes! Have scoliosis and arthritis in lumbar spine and knees. I do physio positions and movements every day, also have monthly chiro and accupuncture. I was instinctively doing some hip movements. Looking forward to freer movement and mobility, and less pain. I live in Victoria, B.C., Canada

From Tomahawk, WI. I am exploring this concept right now because as I age I want to feel good in my body!

Various relaxation, but the surprising thing was my right nostril suddenly coming into focus as a large round hole. It's settled down into a relatively clear part of my face by the end of the lesson, but it does give some hope for more awareness.

Thanks, Cynthia for the lesson. I find better balance in my posture, stand straight & tall after the lesson. Also, i find releasing tension on my jaw, face, still need more practice for my neck.

FK atm lessons on and off over 5 years and i had never noticed where my tongue habitually is - which is tensely stuck to the roof of my mouth. 1 hour later my face feels like i have had a stroke and my tongue is now way too big 😅😂...
