i did this again, little to no improvement with the shoulder i wanted to work on, the tightness in my ribs and abdomen distracted me. inoticed being tense , distracted my brain in learning learning, Anat Beniel"says that we really learn when the brain is open to learning, very true!
Hi Cynthia it was great , seeing you and Martha together , i had a fall a few weeks ago i have been trying gentle movements with my sore ribs, keeping mind wondering what to do for strength as menopause, pain and Osteoporosis having, sustained a brain injury on 1981, so my body doesnt move nuerogically the same as " normal", do you have a way to impliment weight bearing with your practice, if so how ? Oh the first question i needed to know is my shoulders or sore raising them above myhead, do you have any thoughts i can do?
