I've completed the first week of Transform 20 and this step has held up well. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG It may not sound very study when I jump on it but I don't feel like it's significantly bending or warping much under my weight (I'm 120lbs). Time will tell how this step will hold up.I have vinyl wood flooring in my apartment so the floors are really smooth. The tiny little rubber dots at the bottom of the step get zero traction so I bought the same type of rubber mat that I use under my rugs and it keeps the step in place pretty well, you just have to be more careful and make sure you really step ON and not just tap the edge, otherwise you can push it away a little.
Just completed this workout and feel amazing. It was challenging as it required me to take breaks in between but love it! I would love to see more of these low impact step aerobics🙏
This video is brilliant. I lost over 3 stones with aerobics using a stepper 6 years ago! Glad I found a video that doesn't kill you but feels effective! Great way to build up your stamina if you are a beginner too! 🥰
I did leg day yesterday. My quads and thighs are still sore. Today and tomorrow are scheduled active rest days. You got me into zone 5. I will only do your videos on active rest days. I like to do the elliptical after weights. The elliptical is way easier than some of these videos even with the resistance cranked up. I am still trying to improve my cardio for my dive vacation in September and my trip to Mona Island in March of 2024.
So I decided to start with steps workout and myself I can do the whole 30mins, at 14mins in, I thought my heart was gonna jump out. I have finally found thee perfect video for aerobics step 🙌🙌🙌 Thank you
Please Google how to maintain a good highest workout heart rate. Notice if you out strain in your heart your internal system will prioritize to protect you and your body will not burn as effectively. Intended to be helpful. Love your enthusiasm! You Mr goal heart rate helps you get more out of any workout. (I learned the hard way!) 😊
