Hello Brian, I love to do your stepper workouts. It has helped me to loose my weight in a gradual manner but due to harsh winters here in J&K, India, I had to discontinue it for about 4months. Now I have started again. I just want to know why does the percentage bar on left of the screen turn from blue to pink colour at certain intervals. Does it specify anything. Stay blessed dear Brian. Hello Brian, this is your fan, Mohammad Shahnawaz again. Just wanted to know that that my pulse rate goes upto 150 during 75%, on completion bar, of this work out and on 80% it comes down to 120 which is my normal pulse during work out. Is that ok, I am 48.
