Hiking the Upper Sigua Falls Trail in a Thunderstorm - Guam, USA

- A few months ago, Megan and I hiked half of the Upper Sigua Falls trail in Guam, but were too lazy to finish (true story). This time, determined to complete the task, we pushed through the mud and the rain and reached our destination.
Upper Sigua is a 2 mile out-and-back trail. The trailhead is located on Nimitz Hill. The easiest way to navigate the trail and find the trailhead is the AllTrails app. Blue ribbon markers have also been placed along the path to guide hikers.

Lol it is an island 😂 rain is part of an islands natural beauty and magic ❤😵😍 just adds another intricate dimension to Guam. As if islands need any other special layers, they get the tropical rains😂 dope brutha

Amazing shots !!! Just finished this hike today for the first time!! Definitely tough but totally fun and worth while.
To anyone who’s planning to hike, I found it helpful to wear long sleeve, leggings, and gloves. Helps to protect from the mosquitoes & sword grass 😅
That sword grass just cuts you up
It cut me right on the tip of my finger lol. The sword grass and I are not friends haha

Hi Mary. Thank you :) The weather didn’t want to cooperate with us on that last hike... As soon as we got out of the care, the rain clouds started rolling in to ambush us lol. Seems like rainy season has come early this year.
