      Ok I have a question: I keep practicing and manage to get into the crow pose and hold it, but I just can't lift my foot :D so my question is, what's the most important thing here, core strength? I would like to know what I should focus on when practicing :D

    • @highdesertyogi
      @highdesertyogi  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@donata9032 Yes definitely core strength! Also the shifting of weight right before lifting. 😊

    As soon as I try to lift one leg, I collapse to the floor

      Hi! Maybe try double checking where you’re placing your gaze. Looking about a foot in front of your hands helped me a lot, as well as making sure that you’re shifting all your weight into your opposite side/leg (that’s not lifting) before attempting to raise the other. That way there is a counter to your balance. Other than that, warm up with some core work….you got this! ♥️
