    Yoga for balance and strength, for sure: Really great! One suggestion: please leave more time in shivasana for those of us who want the quiet time in the pose before having to move to shut down the video. Thank you for a great class!

    disclaimer: this is a great strech, but not great for people with any chronic physical pain to do daily. you will be very sore and struggling more; something more simple is better most circumstances to achieve grounding/clairty/awareness whatever you wanna call it i.e. the ultimate goal of meditation

    Hello. Thank you for the tutorial. I appreciate it. I have one question. Are you supposed to purposely stretch the front knee out? As in external hip hip rotation? Or are you supposed to prevent the front knee from pushing out creating a stretch on the Sartorus & abductors? Appreciate the help
