When I practice Crow Pose or whatever, I feel like I have enough power to keep this pose but my wrists hurt a lot. Is something is wrong with my wrists or it usually takes a while to get rid of the pain?
Your wrists are most likely too weak. Keep working on it and do the wrist video we linked below. The more you use the wrists the stronger they get, make sure that if you feel "pain" it is not in the outside area of the wrist, as we describe in the wrist video.

we never teach headstand online as it can be very dangerous for most people and the risks outweigh the benefits 🙏
