>Buys DLC >Buys house in Whiterun >Fully decorates >Fills bookshelfs with The Lusty Argonian Maid >Marries someone >Lives with me >Doesn't mind stock of Porn Novels
+Jay Maynor lol my house is very similar however its full of skoomas, sleeping tree sap, shrooms, spigots which look like "tobacco pipes" lute's and a bard who I pay in skooma. my wife gets off when I put on the jesters clothes cause she a cos-play freak sometimes the lady bard likes to play the flute naked.... sex drugs rock n roll!...My wife also has a thing for Kahjits can you guess who it is?
Dusty isn’t one of the last Silt Striders, just the last living one on Solstheim. I assume because they didn’t really have anywhere to go, seeing as Solstheim is such a barren hellhole.
I remember when I found the Riekling hut with all those copies of the Lusty Argonian Maid I looked around a bit, saw no one around, and said "jack-pot"...
123DTRAY123 was he a dark elf if so that makes those books that much stranger due to how the dark elves see argonians as lesser beings and enslave them.
Another easter egg for the DragonBorn DLC. If you talk to Glover Mallory in Raven Rock with the dialouge option, "I noticed the shadowmark next to your door." He will send you on a quest to get back a BoneMold formula. If you get it back to him he will allow into his baseement for some of his loot.Along with other things,on a shelf to the right hand side, there will be a group of Sweet Rolls. A reference to the Skyrim Guard dialouge, "Let me guess, someone stole your sweet roll."
Why are a bunch of sweet rolls on a shelf a reference to that line of dialogue? There are sweet rolls in other places in the game, are they also references to that line?
If anyone is interested I left a fact out about the Mushrooms. The Reindeer that ate the Fly Amanita, while in a psychotropic state of mind, would be labeled - Fly Reindeer - . 'Fly' being taken from the name Fly Amanita and 'Reindeer' being taken from... Reindeer. The term 'Fly Reindeer' eventually evolved into 'Flying Reindeer'.
So those three witches that became Hagravens were called... Glenmoril? As in the Glenmoril coven that cursed The Companions with lycanthropy? I guess they changed their minds on the whole werewolf thing at some point over the 200 years.
Damn how did I not find your channel earlier? Your Skyrim videos are some of the best I've seen. Most people just kinda copy the same 10 easter eggs and make videos, but yours are actually some I've never seen
You definitely deserve more views for all the work that's put into these vids. Going back to Morrowind and getting footage to link it with skyrim, I've never seen any other content creator do that. Quality is a big part too, and you nail it.
I really love that with the Santa one you explained everything, unlike other people who just go into the cave and get to the easter egg then say "this is it..." and then the video ends and you're left wondering...well I never was but now, now because I have seen your video and i know more i will expect more, muahahahah...yeah i don't know why i laughed...it just seemed to fit... :3
That santa theory is mind-blow. I've always wonder abt the worship act by reiklings (donno how it spells). My bro's theory is tgat reikling likes to steal, maybe those fine clothes is own by someone else. But i did not convinced. if they steal, why they worship the carravan? But you answer that, so thank you.
Funny thing with Benkongerike. Translated loosely from a combination of Danish and Norwegian etc. (just scandinavian really), Ben (Bone) Kongerike (Kingdom). There's a fucking hut with porn and tissues in the Bone Kingdom... xD
Let's also add this translation... Faendal, the beloved companion. His name can be split into Faen(The norwegian version of "Fuck") and Dal(Valley). Faenedal is named Fuckvalley... Useless trivia of the day!
Timtam Gaming - Your reply option is disabled so I can't reply to your comment directly. Morrowind and Skyrim have a 200 year gap between them (in terms of in game time... it could be 204 years actually).
Camelworks actually according to the lore books in the game the great war took place after the oblivion crisis, which is when the red mountain erupted, which started the new era (seriously), and the events of morrowind took place 100-150 years (no exact date on this but that is the range according to some lore books in oblivion) before oblivion and since skyrim takes place in the 204th year of the 4th era(dont qoute me on this...its what is listed on my characters year on the date portion of the puase screen)......it would be anywhere from 304-354 years after the events of morrowind
Prince Lightning and the nereverine is STILL alive and kicking thanks to corpus disease....i think. didin't he go missing during a expedition sometime during oblivion?
Prince Lightning Not at all. Morrowing takes place in 3E427 while Oblivion takes place in 3E433. Furthermore, for TES 1, 2, 3 and 4, the Emperor or Tamriel is Uriel VII Septim. How could he be still emperor if he was like 250 years old ? He's not immortal.
6:18 I know i am 8 years late but the green robe beside the red tunic is also reference for Santa. Santa Claus was originally depicted wearing a green robe or brown tunic which was the latter was the changed to red tunics by the same artist. Coca cola popularised the red Santa suit with the artist’s work 40 years after it’s creation with heavy marketing.
10:12 those books were meant to cover up telekinesis because if you go a little father in there is a master door and a clear view of the key in the other side. You use the telekinesis to get the key, and open the master lock door
I like how you slowly moved towards the door as you opened it for cinematic effect at 9:10 xD Great video keep it up, these are awesome and you're really funny :)
I lost my shit at his analogies "And while they were in the 8th dimension they were prancing around, because they were off their nun." "They would also eat these fly amanita and have pupils the size of the moon." my heart cant take this laughter omfg
Greybeard: Dovahkin, why have you sealed yourself in this chamber, and did I see you bring some books? Dovahkin: Um....YES! Books, I'm....um...stidying, my dragonborn herritage and...um stuff...
I have a video on my channel where I have one of my character builds fight bosses in games. One of the video have my character build The Judge of Molag Bal vs Karstagg and the Ebony Warrior, the Ebony Warrior and Karstagg started fighting, it was anticlimactic fight between the two.
The socks with presents in them comes from Nicholas of Myra giving money to a poor farmer's daughters. He put some coins into socks, rolled the socks up, and threw them into the farmer's house.
Hey Camel, you have a real talent for finding these subtle references and you're very funny. Definitely one of the best Skyrim TH-camrs out there. Good work, buddy.
Hey Guys . Please check out our new Video and leave a comment or a like or dislike for us ,your opinion is very valuable to us :) th-cam.com/video/HCdHYTeHUuc/w-d-xo.html
+JoschiChr are you into the content of the book because there is a full version on the wiki, or do you want to see camel squirm? I want the latter to happen
Did you know some people still eat Fly Amanita (Amanita Muscaria) mushrooms today?.....and by some people I mean me, at 13 years old looking to try any and every drug I could get my hands on. After some research on the early internet I found that these were actually not illegal to possess because they don't contain Psilocybin (what traditional "magic mushrooms" have in them that gets you high) and instead have Muscimol and Ibotonic Acid that produces the high you feel (neither of which is illegal amazingly). Anyways it was a wild fucking trip
That boy's tunic is even stranger because there's no children in Raven's Rock at all. Pretty sure the only child at all in Solsthiem is a girl at the Skal village.
Thank you so much, a lot of time goes into researching these and then editing them so they are presentable. I'm glad that you enjoyed the video. The Santa Claus Easter Egg was probably my favorite, it had a lot of substance. It was also just it's own Easter Egg, and wasn't referencing another TES game. Thanks for the comment Lone Ranger! :)
weren't those three witches the ones that stole the heart of lorkhan in the first era causing the chimer to turn into the dunmer and making the dwemer disappear
Yo just wanted to say i watched all ur easter eggs in skyrim videos, starting with fallout new vegas and it just went on from there, and i wanted to thank you for taking the time putting these vids together, great work man, very entertaining. i put over 500 hours in skyrim including all the dlcs and there is so much more for me too experience, perhaps i shall return there someday.
Sick video got another subscriber Also pretty funny how I've played skyrim since day one. So four years. I own it on xbox and PC and have probably clocked 2000 hours into it. And not once turned a gold coin around to see it has a dragon symbol printed on the other side. Hahaha legit blew my mind.
+Doogz Star Thanks man, glad you enjoyed it! If you want your mind blow i'd suggest checking out the CCC Series I do for Skyrim, some mind blowing stuff!
The concept of Santa Claus wearing red and white actually comes from the poem "The Night before Christmas"; most of the suggestions of his origination in Germanic Lore is likely untrue. Just because there are similar aspects to both, it doesn't not mean they are the same. In all likelihood, Father Christmas was inspired by early Christian fables, and founded on the lives of several saints with similar names (Saint Nicolas; look it up) and stories which then grew (due to various regional cultural influences added at later dates) into the story we know today. While it is possible that those regional influences were taken from much earlier stories that may even pre-date Christianity (such as the Spirit of Winter, which appears in many regional folklore), it is by no means a sure thing; I am simply saying that in this instance your information is likely to be wrong, due to the first mention of the colour of his clothing being made in a recorded medium we still have access to, and as such can be verified.
Kid: Mommy mommy, who is Santa Claus's mom and dad? Mom: He doesn't have just a mom and a dad, he has several daddies who were tripping balls on some shrooms Kid: o_O
BigBuddha2012 He wore a red / tan suit originally. Specifically in UK about 1,000 years after he was created by the Germanic tribes, the British depicted him wearing a green suit.
LOL noo the germans had him wearing a green suit till coca cola ( or likely someone from another country changed his suit to red) He never originally wore red.
Did u guys also know that both the name st. Nick and the idea that he gives presents to people comes from a german (I think it's german) town where a priest named Nicholas(but in german obviously) made wooden toys for people in the town.
when i played the Dlc i was like "OMG LET ME USE THE SILT STRIDER FOR THE LOVE OF MARA" and then i was like "Come on bethesda you made dragons but you can't make a silt strider fast travel system"
The mushroom theory is creative, but just not true, Santa Claus is based on the Dutch cleric "Sint Nicolaas" better known as Sinterklaas, he did actually exist and was made into a tradition where Sinterklaas would put presents in someone's shoe when they were asleep, therefor Amarika now uses a sock instead, there ya go. #NerdyComment, I know
Sorry for bumping a 5 y/o comment but Christmas and santa clause is really and amalgamation of a lot of different cultural ideas and the amanita muscaria connection comes from the nordic yule/jul traditions. We still call it jul instead of christmas and Santa Clause is still called "Tomten" or "Tomtefar"
This by far has been the best Easter eggs video I've seen in all my life I am definitely going to subscribe because you are willing to do anything for subs like reading a pornographic novel
@Camelworks The children's clothes was not a pedo reference. If you have the Hearthfire DLC, children's clothes becomes a random chest item that you can take an give to your kids. So, the clothes just randomly spawned on there.
+Camelworks I remember watching a random video about Skyrim and and it mentioned how there is a reference to Sephiroth (FFVII) and the video showed a picture of a Giant. But I can't find any sort of clue as to how that is, do you have any idea?
Really they are released very close to each other making it unlikely dogs was released in August 2012 and dragonborne in December 2012 so a dev would only have 3 or so months to play and be moved enough by it to make an Easter egg in the other and it really doesn't explain the gold and tankard.
yes but between oblivion and morrowind there isnt many years. heck emperor uriel septim VII was alive from arena up until the beginning of oblivion. there is more time between TES 4 and TES 5 then there is between TES 1 and TES 4
I think "The Lusty Argonian Maid" should increase your one handed skill level... or maybe if your that lucky somebody, it'll increase your twohanded skill.
Vito M Garcia comment of the year
There's a mod for it!
There's a mod for almost everything, isn't there.
Like apps.
or perhaps increase your marksman skill...
For some reason only the Redguards, Orcs, and Dunmer get a two handed skill increase...
I came here looking for Easter eggs but found the history of Santa Clause
jhs2110 Twas an experience.
jhs2110 if you will excuse me I am going to go find some mushrooms in the forest eat them and make a holiday
Panther i get what u mean
jhs2110 your saying it like he was talking about it through the whole vid
that's not the real santa claus red and white was a fabrication of the coke cola company
The thought of a crab selling alcoholic beverages is kinda adorable.
Alex Vazquez Spongebob and Squidward work there too
Dom Elfkicker mind fucking blown
Some Durgan yeah, considering that he was drunk in Morrowind. I always wondered what got him so depressed.
That’s what I kinda thought too. Is that weird?
Better than an alcoholic giving you crabs, let me tell you.

That Riekling is a collector of Lusty Argonian Maiden books? What a coincidence, so am I!
lol
Two shelves full for me. I'm trying to get as many as I possibly can. So those little cannibal smurfs helped me out big time.
I carry at least 12 books with me at all times.
Ya i always need a few travel books :D
Wait why do you need so many copies of the same book? Do you use the book instead of tissues?
that priest joke egg was dark as fuck lol
yup
haha it took me a minute but once I figured it out all I could was "noooo"
+VunderGuy Are you clumping trans with pedos?
it is only there if you have the heart fire dlc
+VunderGuy take a long walk off a short pier ^_^
Good stuff! We just got to the Dragonborn DLC in our Skyrim Let's Play'd!

Wish we got some more snow elf lore in dragon born
We got some in Dawnguard.

Because of The Snow Prince? like in Bloodmoon?

I remember when I found the Riekling hut with all those copies of the Lusty Argonian Maid I looked around a bit, saw no one around, and said "jack-pot"...
Should've mentioned that the Lusty Argonian Maid books are written by one of the main quest givers for House Hlalu in Morrowind, Crassius Curio.
123DTRAY123 was he a dark elf if so that makes those books that much stranger due to how the dark elves see argonians as lesser beings and enslave them.
Ah, he was not. Think he was a breton. I could be wrong.
123DTRAY123 No Crassius Curio was Imperial actually
123DTRAY123 oh yeah, that bi dude that demanded you strip to advance in the house. I fucking hated him, the creep.
Another easter egg for the DragonBorn DLC.
If you talk to Glover Mallory in Raven Rock with the dialouge option, "I noticed the shadowmark next to your door." He will send you on a quest to get back a BoneMold formula. Ah, someone else noticed! I applaud you. ;)
Coty Jackson Thank you.
+kit carson hahaha I did not notice that!
Why are a bunch of sweet rolls on a shelf a reference to that line of dialogue? There are sweet rolls in other places in the game, are they also references to that line?

Fly Amanita do? Holy molly! Where do you live? Scandinavia?
Camelworks "They grow naturaly IN WALES where I live"

You also forgot to mention that the three witches names are a reference to Shakespeare's Macbeth
So those three witches that became Hagravens were called... Glenmoril? As in the Glenmoril coven that cursed The Companions with lycanthropy? I guess they changed their minds on the whole werewolf thing at some point over the 200 years.
Ryan Begeng No different witches. the glemoril have 5 the mw easter egg has 3.
Cursed by lord of the hunt for curing his gift of lycanthrope
Ryan Begeng there was also a glenmoril witch in Oblivion, during curing vampirism
Damn how did I not find your channel earlier? Your Skyrim videos are some of the best I've seen. Most people just kinda copy the same 10 easter eggs and make videos, but yours are actually some I've never seen

*blew*

Died laughing at "Two shins into 40,000 toothpicks"
Benkongerike is norwegian and means bonekingdom
+kjartan eliassen Oh gawd
+kjartan eliassen I can also confirm this ;)
Well technically bone in norwegian is bein. But lots of people say ben instead of bein
2:00 its just a ransom chest with random items which happen to be that but lol
9:35 I caught that! LOL :D
+Cathy Rose Nice perception!
Nice 😂
Me too.
Camel i love that you used ''Shadow of eternal sin'' in the intro camel pic. Im a really big Thy art is murder fan.
Tent full of lusty argonian and linen wrap... I am not picking up the wrap.
WHY DID YOU PICK YOU THE WRAP?!
This is some deep lore! Well done sir!
Matthew Conlon how long did this take you
I just love all the australianisms "40,000 tooth-picks" and the whole tripping balls segment
Kid: Mommy mommy, who is Santa Claus's mom and dad?
Mom: He doesn't have just a mom and a dad, he has several daddies who were tripping balls on some shrooms
Kid: o_O
There should be a Large Sack with Childs Toys on the Santa's cave...
Wild Robson appeared!
santa clause was originally wearing a green suit, coke-cola was what made his suit red
BigBuddha2012 He is actually right your statement is just a myth.
Camelworks If we were to get technical, he originally wore Greek Christian bishop attire since Santa Claus is Saint Nicholas basically.
when i played the Dlc i was like "OMG LET ME USE THE SILT STRIDER FOR THE LOVE OF MARA" and then i was like "Come on bethesda you made dragons but you can't make a silt strider fast travel system"
"But it was meant to sat- hooooo God"
For Voldemort ! For Valor !!!
1:59 skyrim team thank you that is the funniest joke ive seen in awhile
RIP any kid watching this that believes in Santa...
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
The Priest having Childs clothes isn't a easter egg because the Loot from the Chest is randomised
I'm pretty sure chests in houses aren't randomized
mankey23100
Most of the time they are
Dude you're funny as hell, reading that book, suscribed XD
thy art is Murder .. intro
Song - shadow of eternal sin
wtf
Yes I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed.
I love the thy art is murder clip at the beginning haha!
@Camelworks The children's clothes was not a pedo reference. If you have the Hearthfire DLC, children's clothes becomes a random chest item that you can take an give to your kids. So, the clothes just randomly spawned on there.
I get so excited over these Skyrim Easter Eggs just because they are so cool!
Its The Giant Flee, no really Silt Strider look like Massive overgrown flees
"Taking off my college lecturing glosses" made me laugh hahaha
where is the benkogerike on the map I cant find it
+Jeremy Wolf It's kinda North East on Solstheim
thanks man
+Camelworks I remember watching a random video about Skyrim and and it mentioned how there is a reference to Sephiroth (FFVII) and the video showed a picture of a Giant. But I can't find any sort of clue as to how that is, do you have any idea?
The way you were describing the reindeer being high had me dying
May the Old Salty Mudcrab be a reference to Old Salty Crab from The sleeping dogs?
Igor The Pleb watch dogs came out way after dragon born
Skyrim released before Sleeping Dogs though
Igor The Pleb what? Skyrim was before sleeping dogd
Guys old salty was in the dragon born dlc which came out after sleeping dogs
Really they are released very close to each other making it unlikely dogs was released in August 2012 and dragonborne in December 2012 so a dev would only have 3 or so months to play and be moved enough by it to make an Easter egg in the other and it really doesn't explain the gold and tankard.
Nice one Bethesda, racking the Catholics Hive nice one LoL
i died when he said "they also had pupils the size of the moon, and while they were traveling the eighth dimension, they would prance around"
Doesn't skyrim take place 200 years after oblivion not morrowind
yes but between oblivion and morrowind there isnt many years. heck emperor uriel septim VII was alive from arena up until the beginning of oblivion. there is more time between TES 4 and TES 5 then there is between TES 1 and TES 4
joule400 thanks for the useful lore. I luve you for that
.
well done... looking forward to playing the Dragon Born DLC again now
spooninspoon Thanks you, glad you enjoyed it and glad it sparked your interest again :)
I think he witches are another easter egg because they have the name Wyrd like the three Wyrd Sisters from Terry Pratchett's The Disk World.
Vlan gore Interesting, Terry Pratchett is awesome.
"His Achilles Tendons shoot through his shoulder blades" haha good one
