I have a really interesting concept for a challenge. "Can you beat Fallout 4 in denial" You are in denial that the bombs dropped, and are pretending like everything is just normal. You can only get items through legal trading and can only use pre war money to aquire items. You're allowed to use any items that are in your house, and can only use items that an average joe can get ahold of, like 10mm Pistols, revolvers, or even a double barrel, but no weapons that cross over the line of realisticly aquiring them
I've done something similar before; but also included Alchemy, Enchanting, Smithing, and Low-Level Restoration Magic Unperked (specifically Healing Hands & Necromantic Healing). Though Nerbit's Version would be interesting.
I decided to do this for myself since it honestly sounded pretty interesting. Some tips in case anyone else wants to: - Most fishing spots have the same junk pool where they'll either give you leveled equipment or Ancient Nord weapons. Blackreach, Deepfolk Crossing, Bronzewater Cave, and Markarth instead give you Dwarven weapons and armor at any level as well as scrap you can smelt down for upgrades. You are literally not getting better than this until you reach the mid-20s in level. - You can't get staves, spell books, soul gems, chest armor, gauntlets, or shields. Bows and arrows are possible but you can only get single arrows at a time with roughly the same chance as any weapon. I fished for literal hours and never got more than 4. So that means building around either one or two handed weapons. Dual wielding one handed weapons gives you the best DPS, but two handed weapons gives you some defensive capabilities and has synergy with some of the other things you can get. - If possible you should do the fishing quests. The ones for Swims-In-Deep-Water are completely viable but only really gets you the Argonian Rod and the Lucky Fishing Hat. Of the two the hat is much better, but more on that later. Viriya's quests can get you the Alik'r Rod, Warlock Ring and Dwarven Rod, but require you to bend or break the rules of the run. Clear-Headed is a bit of a bend but I think is acceptable since the potion you deliver is made from a fish you caught. But completing The Ultimate Feast requires a lot of ingredients you can't fish up. And without that you can't get the Dwarven Rod to make fishing for good equipment faster. - There's a total of 6 unique rings you can fish up. One from a quest and 5 more rarely anywhere else. The Warlock Ring is the best, not only for the ward but because it increases health regen to the point where you can just hide in a corner as a viable means of healing. Phynaster and Denstagmer's Rings give you absolutely vital resistances. The Ring of the Wind makes getting around less tedious. The Ring of Kynareth makes it so you don't have to steal the Lucky Hat. And the Mentor's Ring is completely useless since you can't use magic. You can also get random enchanted rings, but I never got anything very useful. - Large fish are your main but lousy source of healing. Even with the Argonian Rod you'll always have more than you want but less than you need. - Small fish are alchemy ingredients, but most of them only give you niche or useless effects. There are 3 that are actually useful. Angler Larvae + Juvenile Mudcrab makes a potion that boosts two handed damage and regenerates stamina. Juvenile Mudcrab + Spadefish cures disease which helps a lot if like me you catch Rockjoint early on. And Spadefish have Restore Health as their first effect so you can eat them for a whopping 5 health each. Spadefish are common in streams when it's raining (which is what the hat's for) and angler larvae and mudcrabs are pretty common in and frigid waters.

oh you like walking in video games? beat morrowind without fast travel (silt striders, boats, mage guild guides, propylons, almsivi intervention, divine intervention, mark/recall).
I feel like attacking someone in the process of mourning the death of their pet, pretending to give up, and then proceeding to attack them again automatically earns someone a special seat in hell. Or, I guess "Oblivion" or whatever.
Decent run & analysis video! Thanks for uploading! Personally, I expected this to be more about what parts are the hardest; I typically assume you can beat Skyrim as long as you have ANY damage source & maybe some skill.
Can you beat Fallout New Vegas as Heavy Weapons Guy? Nine endurance because it gives you "Bulletproof". You can get Miniguns, Hunting Shotguns, Combat Knife, The Nuka-Breaker, Brass Knuckles, and boxing gloves. Edit: any variant of the items listed like uniques makes sense for TF2 standards.
I havent finished the ep yet But there is a certain ring you cam fish It gives 10% movespeed or someth8ng like that For your information Yes Fortify res glitch works On hand (pun intended) Super speed
Oh yeah, the fishing items only run is here! Safe to say this will be interesting, here's hoping you can beat the game! This will be great, thank you for the great videos Nerbit! (Also something something can you beat Skyrim with only weaponized junk) Also according to the wiki, you could of fished up some better armor and weapons so there's that.
I'm surprised you didn't actually do the fishing quests, though. - You're sent to catch different varieties of fish, and receive different kinds of loot from it. - When I saw the title of the video my first thought was you were gonna rush for the vampire's ring and beat the whole game with vampiric drain or something. Not to mention how fitting the choice of race since most of the loot from high end fishing is old Morrowind treasures.
Video idea: can you beat **** with only companion items (some companions when you enter their inventory have weapons, armor, etc), of course you can’t use the companions in battle because that would be another companions run. I believe the best game to do this is fallout 4 but It kind of works for every game :)
Okay but hear me out: skyrim but your only way of killing is with poisons. Either reverse-pickpocket poisons into an enemy's inventory, or use a poisoned dagger (steel dagger ONLY) if you can't pickpocket. any poisons are fair game
If you have a bow, it's possible to get practice arrows, which deal zero damage, but can be used to deliver poisons. You could potentially also allow Rune of Poison, which is a spell that deals poison damage.
I was surprised at the idea that reverse-pickpocketing poisons into NPCs inventories would actually hurt them, but then I remembered MittenSquad (RIP) made an entire run just putting explosives into everyone's pockets...
If you do all the fishing related quests, you can actually get unique rings and amulets, and I think some weapons too, all fished out of locations. They're pretty good
Amazing video as always! Another idea would be, “Can you beat Skyrim as a Walking Dead Zombie”? Basically like Halo LASO. Every disease, you’re overencumbered (to walk like a corpse, and can only do unarmed attacks. 30 HP as it takes 1-3 hits to takedown a Walker in the show. Anytime you “eat” someone, you can take their gear and be the next infected. Or have a mod to gather followers to use their gear to create a horde! Use stealth like every jumpscare cheap shot used in the Walking Dead TV series.
How about: Can you beat X only opening 5 containers? Throughout the whole game, you can only loot five boxes/corpses and use whatever items are found. In regards to anything plot in a chest/on a body, as long as you only take the quest item and not use it, if it’s a usable item, you’re in the clear. If anyone can come up with anything to add on or change, feel free!
12:16 “You will be judged for every action. You will be judged for every EXP you’ve earned. What’s EXP? It’s an acronym. It stands for ‘execution points.’ A way of quantifying the pain you’ve inflicted on others.”
Can you beat Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver as Abe Lincoln? You only use the starter you get as it is released from its Pokeball and will walk freely behind you and not trapped in a slave ball. You can choose any starter but only use that starter as you are not allowed to capture or enslave any others. Then you set about slapping around all the slave driving Pokemon trainers in the game and beat the ultimate foe General Red E. Lee
Chrissie mentioned it for blackreach, but. The fishing spot inside the walls of Markarth by the smelter can net you all dwarven armor and weapons, both unenchanted and enchanted, dwarven scrap for bars to temper them, and a ring that increases your movement speed. You'd do well to get full dwarven and a two handed weapon then actually do the fishing quests, you can fish up a ring that makes a ward when you block and increases your health regeneration during one of the fishing bounties in Morthal. You can get pretty OP just fishing
Glad you ended up doing the Bethesda Games challenges to fill in the gap when Mitten Squad was on break. You’re now one of my favorite channels man. Thanks for the entertainment!
There's actually a ton more loot you can get through fishing with a better rod. I know there's a lot of good magic rings you can get for example. Either way that was an interesting run to watch.

Idea: Can you beat fallout 4 as the lone wanderer You would have to only use weapons that are in fallout 3 (hunting rifle, 10mm pistol, laser rifle, ext.) your only armor can be the vault jumpsuit, leather chest, right arm, left leg, and metal left arm (trying to recreate the armored vault suit) you can only use power armor in the endgame, you have to side with the BoS and can only use dogmeat as your companion, and you can only take perks that are in fallout 3

I've been waiting for this for a great time, the time is now arisen. Now I can see if you did it better than I did and what I can improve upon on my next only fishing loot run.
I was thinking of doing this very same run. My plan was to get the Dwarven Fishing Rod and hang out at Bronze Water Cave for some easy Dwarven gear.
You know these runs get fishy at times. Anyways good video as always
Thanks man, just trying to keep it reel
Oh you and your carpi puns
Hey check out my My "Honeycomb Dance" (gmod Fan animation)
oh you like walking in video games? beat morrowind without fast travel (silt striders, boats, mage guild guides, propylons, almsivi intervention, divine intervention, mark/recall).
Nerbit you know why I'm here.
Week 32 of asking:
Can you beat Skyrim as Cesar Millan?
Hey check out my My "Honeycomb Dance" (gmod Fan animation)
being at 1 hp, nothing even in the bar, and a level up is just coincidentally there. fate!
Can’t wait for the sequel
Can you Beat Skyrim with Only Fishing Items, as Abraham Lincoln?
:)
He's never gonna live that one down, is he.
I get the joke, but his Abraham Lincoln videos are probably the most boring stuff he's ever made. Why would you want more?
@@HerohammerStudios they’re my favorite videos that he does, I just like the humor in them :)
I was joking though
@@HerohammerStudios because its abraham lincoln the dude who had a baby chicken in his hat
Probably because its the most viewed video on the channel ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I feel like attacking someone in the process of mourning the death of their pet, pretending to give up, and then proceeding to attack them again automatically earns someone a special seat in hell. Or, I guess "Oblivion" or whatever.
Even Molag Bal has standards...
Can you beat Oblivion with only the Wabajack and or only Shivering isle quest gifts( Wabajack included).
Decent run & analysis video! Thanks for uploading!
Personally, I expected this to be more about what parts are the hardest; I typically assume you can beat Skyrim as long as you have ANY damage source & maybe some skill.
So Nerbit, we gonna get a "can you reach 99 cooking skill in RuneScape through only fish?" Video soon?
That's how most people get 99 cooking lol
That would be his longest run yet regardless tho jeeze lol
Hey check out my My "Honeycomb Dance" (gmod Fan animation)
1:55 My man went fishing and caught a waifu
Can you beat Fallout New Vegas as Heavy Weapons Guy? Nine endurance because it gives you "Bulletproof". You can get Miniguns, Hunting Shotguns, Combat Knife, The Nuka-Breaker, Brass Knuckles, and boxing gloves.
Edit: any variant of the items listed like uniques makes sense for TF2 standards.
He also needs to stockpile different hats and have Arcade Gannon (a medic) as his companion.
He needs to go through all the different classes then I guess except engineer. And he could do medic in fo3 with the power armor
@@RampClosed68 He could use the wasteland doctor fatigues for the Medic
@@peterprime2140 the party hat near the avenger
I havent finished the ep yet
But there is a certain ring you cam fish
It gives 10% movespeed or someth8ng like that
For your information
Yes
Fortify res glitch works
On hand (pun intended)
Super speed
You should have fished for the unique rings. The warlock ring is really good and would have helped a lot.
Hey check out my My "Honeycomb Dance" (gmod Fan animation)
Hearing the music in the background when you picked up the fishing rod was so nostalgic man, really hit me hard
Oh yeah, the fishing items only run is here! Safe to say this will be interesting, here's hoping you can beat the game! This will be great, thank you for the great videos Nerbit! (Also something something can you beat Skyrim with only weaponized junk)
Also according to the wiki, you could of fished up some better armor and weapons so there's that.
Hey check out my My "Honeycomb Dance" (gmod Fan animation)
Another excellent video! And another chance to ask for: Can you beat Skyrim as Ironman/Tony Stark? Iron armour/weapons with no magic.
@@scienceviking4490 now you're giving me ideas- I'll probably do this challenge for my next playthrough lol (wish me luck I'mma probably need it)
I was surprised at the idea that reverse-pickpocketing poisons into NPCs inventories would actually hurt them, but then I remembered MittenSquad (RIP) made an entire run just putting explosives into everyone's pockets...
Nerbit made the courier remark fully knowing that he’d now be asked a million times to do it.
If you do all the fishing related quests, you can actually get unique rings and amulets, and I think some weapons too, all fished out of locations. They're pretty good
All of them are unique items from morrowind, very cool indeed
Hey check out my My "Honeycomb Dance" (gmod Fan animation)
"I've been playing too much New Vegas", NONSENSE!
Can you beat Fallout New Vegas with only a big iron on your hip?. Beat fallout new Vegas with a 357 magnum and you can only shoot from the hip.
Mitten squad already did a video on it….
"I was constantly attacked by wolves and I don't know why..." might have something to do with having your pockets stuffed full of fish 🐟 🙂
I am super intrigued by the can you beat skyrim while being chased by the courier run. Hopefully you get around doing it some time :)
Never thought I’d be simping for a half naked muscular dark elf
The perfect name for this run!
“Once I am free from the fun dungeon.” 😂
The one guy to actually use fishing
Getting the loot from the Riften fishery missions would have helped. You can get some good stuff by fishing in those missions.
I'd love to see you beat Fallout 4 using only the Pain Train perk
Oh I've been waiting for this since the Big the Cat video mate and by god you delivered!
We've had skyrim with the fishing rod and skyrim with fishing loot, it's only a matter of time until he beats skyrim AS a fish.
12:00 noooooo! The weeping giant… or mourning giant, probably mourning.
I’m surprised you didn’t use the dwarven fishing rod which increases the chance to get more “junk” items so you could get better items to use
Hey check out my My "Honeycomb Dance" (gmod Fan animation)
Amazing video as always! Another idea would be, “Can you beat Skyrim as a Walking Dead Zombie”?
Basically like Halo LASO. Every disease, you’re overencumbered (to walk like a corpse, and can only do unarmed attacks. 30 HP as it takes 1-3 hits to takedown a Walker in the show.
Anytime you “eat” someone, you can take their gear and be the next infected. Or have a mod to gather followers to use their gear to create a horde!
Use stealth like every jumpscare cheap shot used in the Walking Dead TV series.
That actually sounds great
I know I'm late but if you fish in solstheim theres a good magical ring you can get from it that gives elemental resistances
Easy. Dawnstar hidden chest, and a companions inventory (cuz you can have them pick stuff up)
And maybe a dead body to lug the loot around. 😂
Fair point at the end, it would have been far easier this way lol
I've been waiting for this
And I literally mean that
I hope it was worth the nearly year long wait
Glad you ended up doing the Bethesda Games challenges to fill in the gap when Mitten Squad was on break. You’re now one of my favorite channels man. Thanks for the entertainment!
Tru
There's actually a ton more loot you can get through fishing with a better rod. I know there's a lot of good magic rings you can get for example.
Either way that was an interesting run to watch.
with what? a Daedric fishing rod?
@@madjack1748
A Dwarven one.
I would have made the exception that you could buy salt piles... But only with money made from selling what you catch
YES, iv been waiting for this video since the fishing rod one
I hope it was worth the wait :)
@@Nerbit13098 it was damn funny man, great vid, altho i have to admit i expected you to use fishing questline rewards too, the vampiric ring would have made things much easier in some situations
Man, i recall when I first watched your skyrim no skill increases. Still just as funny and worth it.
Man I've been waiting for this challenge
Hope it worth the wait :)
100% worth it
"Only Catching useless items like buckets-"
*MittenSquad had entered the chat*
Can you make Ringo not be attacked by anyone and not attack anyone with console commands? If so, then can you beat Fallout New Vegas while being chased by Private Kawolski, Malcolm Homes, Ringo and Fisto?
that sounds like a nightmare lmao
Don't forget the El dorado substation guard
He tried, it didn't work
10:39 it’s because she (probably) has more protection, making her harder to kill and because she was facing directly at her after the animation.
Wish you could slap people with the Fish like Agent 47.
Me too, when in doubt mods
“Let me hold the thing over the fire like it’s RuneScape” LOLOLOLOLOLOL
Man’s playing terraria.
If i where doing this challenge i wouldve just followed the fishing quest line since one of the early rings is ring of vampire drain its not huge but it wouldve been huge for this run you wouldve had a way to heal consistently
Video 3 of asking for a Can you beat Fallout New Vegas as Hank Hill?
only shiskabob settler cloths , and a very strong morality
Merc grunt outfit and then just fire weapons
@@Nerbit13098 yes. You can also add rules that stay to the character if you think it’s good!
Lol Nerbit: Running away. Tsun: "Wait! I find you worthy!"
When you said "she became another notch on my hammer" I could hear "The notches on his mallet numbered one to nineteen more, one to nineteen more."
Edit- Also do you think you'll ever try and Elder Scrolls online challenge as it's now in existence

Love the vids 👍
Thanks Man :)
Finally! I’ve been waiting for this run for years
Challenge Idea: Finish the game using only items looted from dragon bellies. Since dragons sometimes have equipment in their loot.
So Whiterun Guard armor and helmet.
Better pray murmulnir drops a weapon (assuming it's not guaranteed, I didn't really check)
An intro that nobody could see coming. Took me a second to process
Hold on. I'll let it slide if you buy some salt piles. Either way good job Nerbit.
Can you beat fallout New Vegas with only unique gear, weapons and armour but no couriers stash items. To add to the challenge must retrieve one type of each unique weapon, unarmed, melee, guns, explosive, energy weapons
Idea: Can you beat fallout 4 as the lone wanderer
You would have to only use weapons that are in fallout 3 (hunting rifle, 10mm pistol, laser rifle, ext.) your only armor can be the vault jumpsuit, leather chest, right arm, left leg, and metal left arm (trying to recreate the armored vault suit) you can only use power armor in the endgame, you have to side with the BoS and can only use dogmeat as your companion, and you can only take perks that are in fallout 3
Exception: one of the kids from Little Lamplight is available as a companion in Fallout 4. You should be allowed to bring him along, too.
