    Greetings from New Zealand,
    This is my second week of doing the 6 day exercise programme. I am understanding and feeling the benefit of the breathe and its connection to the movement. I am doing this morning routine as a discipline for my mind as well as my body. I would like to share that I broke my S3 and T11 3 years ago and my C3 ruptured in my spinal cord 10 years ago, I was a quadriplegic for 10 hours and my diaphragm was closing down. I had a very amazing spiritual experience and the will to walk was my motivator to get out of the hospital bed. My hips are both replaced because I wore them out running 100 kms a week for 12 years. I have been fortunate to be disciplined in looking after my body and always looking to strengthen and know my spiritual side, but my mental wellness takes its fair share of darkness. I am sooo appreciate of you Master Shi Heng Yi and your team of dedicated disciples for having the love and compassion to share these exercises with the world for free. I listen to your talks and get great inspiration from them. Your honesty is priceless.....from my heart to yours, thank you.

    Thanks again for a nice hour of training. It is always good - even after decades of practice - to step back a few steps and go to the basics again. Actually - the older me and my co-trainees/-teachers become, the more we see these kinds of continued exercises as essential to develop further, no matter which level you have achieved otherwise.

      Shaolin Congfu is not about talking because Congfu is about das practice since practice is congfu.
      Have I ever seen a real congfu master fall from das sky ?

    55:60时的这个动作,后面那个手,孙悟空是拿着金箍棒,而我们师傅教给我们的是握拳。不知道什么时候,能把禅功柔拳也教给我们这些远在天边的线上学习的徒弟们!我不再急了,教不教也无所谓了。因为,就像师傅手里拿的那串念珠一样,拉不得,因为一旦松手,它就会离你更远。就像钟摆一样。感恩师父!舍利。祝福你!谢谢你!释恒義大圣师傅。
