Found your bideos in May..decided to start small picked up weights. Then walked 30 min. Then started eating healthy no fried, cut sugars started watch macros..and fast forward to July and people noticed the difference especially my husband:) thank you for the motivation
Love your positive energy! You got me motivated to work out again earlier this year (after years of being inconsistent because I have 4 kids) and now it’s just part of my routine! It took months to see a difference but definitely worth it in the end.
I'm finally going to officially commit to my fitness journey. I've been going to the gym on and off but haven't been consistent in working out and eating healthy. I just got a fitness program from one of the other content creators that is backed by the dietician who worked with the UK Olympic team so yah gurl has no excuses! Let's get it!

What I never really see influencers talk about it is the mental aspect of changing eating to cope with stress or just being bored, or addressing past traumas with food. Eating is to fuel your body for sustanance. Other mindless eating begs the quetion why. This helped me unpack unresolved issues that have nothing to do with eating being hungry ect..just a thought..😊
I totally agree about the all or nothing thing…. That never works. Gotta start small and get that habit in, then you’ll love it and want to keep doing it and more of it!

I’ve been doing the same yogurt swap for over 10 years! I haven’t been able to convince everyone that it’s the same (if not better) as sour cream, but it’s been one of the best tricks I’ve learned 👍🏼
