Good workout for the quarantine
I like this exercise class from GCN as one of the better ones. It is keeping me busy in my garage during lockdown. I would like it to maybe be about -10 or 15 minutes longer. If ( and it’s a big if) I feel up to it I rewind back to do another 15 minutes. Can we have more of these from Paul - he has a great attitude, - thanks guys.

Just got into cycling. I have enjoyed the GCN vids thus far, but this was my favorite! Lots of movement and up and down. A blast!
My face is like a boiled lobster after this blast of a workout. Cardio gonna help me in BJJ for sure.

I've started downloading the audio files from these videos and listening to them on the bike at my gym. It's not the greatest having the sound only, but it's sometimes nice to just have someone else guide your workout once in a while.
Good you they do use good music tracks .
I can’t stand up on my bike due to it being unstable and me being way too big, so I just increased resistance whenever they stood! Its a lot of fumbling with the resistance during intervals but it still works. Just thought i’d leave this here for my fellow disabled/obese folks.

Paul I love you!!! You are my favorite instructor ever. I used to teach spin and you are the best teacher because you push the participants the entire way through. Most of all I love how much your classes use combination in and out of the saddle. I've done the 25 min and 35 min ones those are perfect. Where can I find more half hour (ish) classes with you?
