The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.
Just want to say that doing this video 2 times a day ( 1 is fasted cardio) has changed my life! I’m down 10 pounds in 2 months and my legs have gotten soo shapely! I’ve always dreaded the treadmill because of my big breast but bike is just a lifesaver. Thank you so much for this video!! I’ve done others but this one makes me sweat the most! Good job ladies!!!!

You can even incorporate different workouts like dancing, walking, running in different days. The more you make it fun, the more it becomes easy to be consistent with it. Try experimenting with yourself. You're gonna love it! ❤

I had more sweat and feeling of cardiac arrest with this workout compared to my regular 5k run so I think I will stick to this when I don’t have time as it felt like this is more effective💪🏼
My daughter insisted she try this after seeing me do it. She came back exhausted and completely drenched from head to toe. I had to wipe down the cycle and mop the floor as it was covered with her sweat😂

I always felt intimated joining group spinning as it always looked like everyone knew what they were doing and fit enough to keep up. I followed this video and fell pretty confident now.
This routine is so satisfying after I have done 45 minutes RPM class. I am breathless but feel amazing. My head keep sweating non-stop, my body keep smelling, and really enjoyed for me. Recommend to everyone who love to use cycling to get fitter and healthier. Thumb up from Malaysia subscriber.
First time doing this and I took 2 quick breaks as I haven't exercised for some time. I was able to finish the workout, but it definitely destroyed my legs. Either way, I feel so accomplished for still continuing on and finishing! Will definitely keep using this workout!

I love this workout (done over 2 hundred times at least) because I can put it on mute and listen to my own music or a podcast. It is only 25 minutes which means I can schedule it in my day without feeling stretched for time. I can supplement it with yoga or pilates. I can also put as much or as little energy as I want into it. Also when my skin is on fire from so many things going on and I feel overwhelmed, I just bike it out. Thanks for the video!
I started doing cardio at home, since I have a complete home gym, and this track is awesome on Wednesdays and Saturdays, when I concentrate on HIIT cardio, along with maybe 200 jump ropes.
Great class! I modify it by using my mini trampoline with the class. It's an awesome workout! So glad I found this. I have tried trampoline videos and it doesn't cut it for me. I like how this breaks it down into intensity intervals. I love it!!!

I have always loved riding my mountain bike outdoors. When the cicadas invaded I abruptly quit. I really missed cycling and found myself out of shape, so I recently purchased a Pro-Form stationary bike to get my stamina up to prepare for the outdoor trails. Fuck I should've done that I'm also a beginner but instead of doing everything in position 1 I did everything as she told and just gave up 6 minutes before the end because I just couldn't make my legs move. So inteeense I'm gonna try again tomorrow or the day after that with all in position 1 it's not a bad idea.

I did this 2 hours ago first time. I never trained in my life. Just did it in position 1, but completed it. 10/10 exhausted now. Worked great even though they should have skipped that music and another voice.
love this workout and the format. I am hearing impaired and all the visual ques are on point. I can follow and i love the loud horn sounds.. I need it! lol This workout has helped me loose so much weight and my investment to my spin bike has been worth it. The little tips given help me keep from injuring myself.

I like doing this workout 2X a week, a nice change from my peloton workout. It’s a way different workout challenge, if you add a good resistance. Kicks my butt every time!
I want to tell you guys. I have been a serious cyclist all my life. I've done spinning in the past but hate working out indoors. Then this coronavirus thing and I'm in the strictest lockdown in Spain. Found this video. Beats the ones with cyclists in them. Very well planned out. Use it with a warm up of like 40 minutes maybe some scenery like lake garda in Italy? The girls are cute, but the bike is riding them. No resistance. These 20 minutes really help me keep my legs strong. Especially mountain bike riders don't stand on the pedals but every little bit helps and changing positions helps your back. Recommended it to my friends.

My cardio is shot to shit - I couldn't even keep up with all of the intervals. Going to stick with it though - I'm still dripping in sweat (thankfully I'm not in public - this is not a pretty sight).
we have the same problem in Australia - cycle class participants just pretending to participate. still, credit to them for at least pretending to be interested in fitness.

As a beginner I just did this entire workout in position 1, but still a very intense workout...
Fuck I should've done that I'm also a beginner but instead of doing everything in position 1 I did everything as she told and just gave up 6 minutes before the end because I just couldn't make my legs move. So inteeense I'm gonna try again tomorrow or the day after that with all in position 1 it's not a bad idea.

I did same. Got hip dysplasia so couldn't physically do anything but sit. Burnt a lot though and feel like I've done a major workout.
I did this 2 hours ago first time. I never trained in my life. Just did it in position 1, but completed it. 10/10 exhausted now. Worked great even though they should have skipped that music and another voice.

love this workout and the format. I am hearing impaired and all the visual ques are on point. I can follow and i love the loud horn sounds.. I need it! lol This workout has helped me loose so much weight and my investment to my spin bike has been worth it. The little tips given help me keep from injuring myself.

I like doing this workout 2X a week, a nice change from my peloton workout. It’s a way different workout challenge, if you add a good resistance. Kicks my butt every time!
I want to tell you guys. I have been a serious cyclist all my life. I've done spinning in the past but hate working out indoors.
Then this coronavirus thing and I'm in the strictest lockdown in Spain.
Found this video. Beats the ones with cyclists in them. Very well planned out. Use it with a warm up of like 40 minutes maybe some scenery like lake garda in Italy?
The girls are cute, but the bike is riding them. No resistance.
These 20 minutes really help me keep my legs strong. Especially mountain bike riders don't stand on the pedals but every little bit helps and changing positions helps your back.
Recommended it to my friends.
10/10 passed out and woke up in the hospital.

we have the same problem in Australia - cycle class participants just pretending to participate. still, credit to them for at least pretending to be interested in fitness.
They are simply doing the exercise according to their ability.
@@petermartin9494 Nah I've been in spin classes where there are a couple of friends who are at the back and don't bother to touch the spin dial, talk through it and leave the class barely even with a sweat on, nothing about ability, just unwilling to make it tough
