Canoe or Peanut has always been my favourites. Not for collecting, but for dealing with Apples or Bagles ;)
Nice comparisons. Right now you can get the Buck Canoe #389 with brown, jigged bone handle scales for less than $12.00, quite a deal in my opinion.

@@woodentulike2no As odd as it may seem, the in-store price is $24, but if you order it online it is $12. I just got one 3 weeks ago that way.

Nice canoe collection there. The pocket worn Case looks great. I’ve also got some Case knives with what I would call “drastically different” bone dye jobs front vs. back but it adds character in my eyes. Thanks for the vid.

Nice canoe collection! The canoe isn’t my favorite cup of tea but I know it is very popular among collectors. I have a Case and 2 Rough Ryders. My favorite is the abalone Rough Ryder canoe. Nice review, I enjoyed the show and tell 👍

My solitary Canoe is a cheap Rough Rider. Can't fault it. The fit and finish exceeds every one of my Case knives.

Case quality is very over rated. RR's are great knives.

So far I have only one Canoe, the Queen City QC001 with Abalone handles, its a really aesthetically pleasing knife with an amazing kaleidoscope of colors in the Abalone handles which change color & sparkle in different light situations. I also have on order another Canoe, the Marbles White Smooth Bone Canoe Pocket Knife MR580 & am considering buying a few more Canoes from different makers in the future as they are easy to carry in the 5th pocket of a pair of jeans or in a jacket pocket

The Queen City QC001 is still the only Queens City knife in my collection & I am mostly carrying it in my EDC rotation as a Gentleman's pocket carry for a night out when I want something lighter & more elegant than something like a 91mm Huntsman or similar that I carry during the daytime. I have bought a Rough Ryder Easy Money large canoe model RR1980 & like the QC001 it is in my night out rotation. I bought also a Steel Warrior SW-122AB, an Abalone handled small Muskrat knife but the Abalone handles are nowhere near the quality & brilliance of the Queen City model . ATB Steve in Tel Aviv.

Dig the dye job on the white bone. Had fhe same leeching problem with mineral oil.

I don’t usually carry any of my Queen knives either since they don’t make them anymore.
Ooo you’ve got the good stuff! My 2 Queen knives are from the newly reestablished Queen Cutlery. I hear great things about the former Queen knives - I’m sure yours are beauties!
