Hi. Just want to say this is a great instructional video. I have a lot of upper body weakness and rotator cuff issues from pregnancy and being a new mum/breastfeeding... this video the first time I did it eased my upper back burning and pain immediatley, better than all the stretching, heat packs and even antiinflammatories. It is now part of my daily practice and its only been a few days but already I am feeling the difference. I dont have a box but that did not stop me, improvisation was easy. THANK YOU!
Hi - I really like the workout, but without narration I am turning my neck the whole time to watch what you are doing. Is there another video with narration?
I absolutely LOVE this routine but is there anyway you can provide it with instruction in real time; I feel like I’m only getting half the workout because I have to keep looking on my screen and then stopping to add a box or change position. Thank you so much for all your great routines❤️
Hi Angelika! For certain videos I do instruct in real time and for a handful of other ones I don't, just because I know that some people also like to just check out a routine :) Thanks for the kind words, and thanks for watching!
@@SaranPilates Can you share with us now the springs you used-I’m assuming you changed them out at least 2-3 times, so maybe you can add just a simple list in the description? Something like… bridge work=2 reds and 1 blue and so on. Thanks🙏🏻
Hi Samantha, the Reformer I use is an Allegro 2 by Balanced Body. Most of the exercises I do can be adapted to any Reformer... you would just have to be aware that spring tensions may be different.
I think you do the exercises too fast. I also practice pilates reformer and my instructors always say that exercises should not be done very fast because otherwise you do not work the muscles you should.
Hi Melissa! I very much agree that a lot of times exercises should be done very slowly. That being said, I like to mix it up sometimes. Check out my other videos and you'll see that I also move slowly ;)
@@SaranPilates well done! Given that you're sharing your talents at no cost, I'm shocked to see the feedback from observers on verbal instructions and pace! This video is good example for a tenured client who wants to take their movement on the reformer to the next level. Thanks for sharing!

Hi this is great wonder what are the songs you used here? They are bright and cheerful :)
Thanks Tiffanie! I don't recall exactly :/

Hi! I'm working on incorporating narration in my videos... stay tuned :)
Wonderful work! Thank you!!
Thanks! :)
This is a great routine! Thank you!
Thank you so much! Glad you like it :)
This is awesome!!!
Thank you :)

Thanks! I figured it out. :)
is there a specific kind of ball you are using? It would help me a great deal
Any small fitness ball that you can deflate a little bit. They sell them at pilates.com (Balanced Body) or on Amazon. Hope that helps :)
I can’t find what springs do I need to use ☹️
Some of my older videos don't have the spring tensions. All of my new ones (from 5 years on has them though) :)

Loved this I use a lot of this in my classes and my clients love it...
Hey Tina, thanks! Yes, that deep leg burn always feels good :)
Great workout! :)
Thanks Louise! :)
hi, what kind of reformer is this? or does it matter which one i get to do your workouts?

For mitrani see 3.30
How many springs?
Hi Jean! If you look at my comments under the video, I have all the spring settings and move names :)
❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oy vey.
it would be VERY helpful if you instructed verbally so we don't have to keep looking at you (?)
Hey Lorry - I do instruct verbally on my latest videos :)
Jesus, Lorry, apparently everyone has to be a critic. How about just saying thanks for showing some cool moves for FREE!
술먹고 댓글 쓰지 말아라
This video is terrible - there is no instruction or time to transition at all.
Hi Mindy, this video is mostly to show a session flow. You can check out my other videos for more detailed instructions.

Mindy Kloser is a bitch for posting a comment like she did. What’s her fucking problem.
