    Cool to see this! I’m also a tech recruiter :) I’m working on a “what I spend in a week in nyc” video but will probably post a work day in my life next week! I’m definitely not as organized as you though lol

      Hello Ivan, thanks for the amazing content by the way! I started working as a recruiter a few months ago and believe we can always improve the structure of our day to be more productive and bring more results (male more placements). Keep up the good work! I'll keep watching 😊

    Hi! I have been a Recruiter for the past 6 years but I just left my job in the Philippines and now I'm in Dubai with Tourist visa. The initial plan was to find a Recruitment role here but honestly, I'm more interested into working remotely now for clients. The only problem is how do I even start being a Remote Recruiter and get some clients?

    I am Junior Recruiter and I don't understand how to deal with 10-15 vacancies in one time((( should I source for all positions in parallel? I am afraid I will create a mess(((

    • @IvanLeens
      @IvanLeens  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello Mariya, first you should prioritize and work on the most urgent and realistic positions then I would suggest you to organize your day accordingly. For example day 1 : Job A in the morning, Job B in the afternoon. That way you can have enough time to work up to 10 jobs a week. It will be difficult to work more jobs per week unless those don’t require active search but only screening ppl who applied

    Recently I was recruited to join a Specialst recruitment firm, I think the industry seems fun but the actual job from what I can tell is very rigid and low reward....top closers cant even make $35,000 a month

    • @IvanLeens
      @IvanLeens  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t know the context (country, market, etc) so I cannot tell whether it is normal or not but if you don’t think it is, use your current experience to target a better salary and challenge them about those aspects you don’t like about current job

      @@IvanLeens I'm in South East Asia region, with 5 yrs Business Development and Sales/Marketing experience and have started two corporations myself but yet they are offering me associate consultant position which pays Usd1,100 base and their top associates are getting $4-5k (20k in their currency)
      I have been advisor to many companies especially big sales teams and brokerages, for me personally if your top closers are only earning 20k a month busting their but working 6 days a week but that's it... Then there's something wrong either their offers they are promoting are too tiny, their commission structure is too little or the culture of excellence in that organization is not high. May even be a combination of the three

    Hello Ivan,
    I am looking for companies who need manpower staff for their organization in Gulf- Middle East.
    And I am from India.
    Could you please suggest me how can I get those companies.
    What plan and strategies should I use?

    • @IvanLeens

      As I don’t know the market there and neither the country, I would start speaking to candidates in my niche, reaching out to them and explaining my project. People are nice when you are transparent and when they see that you put the efforts. I will gather as much as information that I can via this channel and then online, visiting job boards, company pages and LinkedIn to see who is recruiting in my niche and what kind of profiles they need 👍🏼
