I have been an healthcare agency recruiter for 3.5 years. It can be stressful but once you build your base it gets easier especially with referrals!
Great as always, thank you 😘
What is Gem best used for? You mentioned you use it when building LI pipelines/projects, does it pull their contact info with that integration??
It is an email sequencing tool. It helps automate touchpoints between you and a potential candidate and does get their contact info. The sequence will stop once the candidate replies. I personally prefer Covey (bit.ly/3IrwK24), they just launched an augmented sourcing tool that will help with the top of funnel.
Hey,
What are detail’s should be avoiding while sending cvs to the clients?
Sorry, can you clarify? You're sending a resume to a client, right? Are you asking what we shouldn't tell them or what we should?
How do you apply for recruiting roles at an agency? I only see how to apply for the jobs they are recruiting for.
Are you having trouble finding agencies or are you just not applying because you don't see open roles? Most agencies are hiring the right person, the hungry person. Agencies don't post as much as internal jobs
@@TheMillionaireRecruiter yes I was looking for a link to apply. So with agencies you have to hunt for a contact and find someway to get in touch with them?
What tool do you use that gets phone numbers?
I don't use tools to get phone numbers. I rely on LinkedIn InMails and emails.
@@TheMillionaireRecruiter ahh I meant in terms of cold calling a potential new client (I should have elaborated more)
