Important information concerning this video : - I mostly used my experience as a recruiter in Europe (currency I use in this video is €) but based on my research, it seems valid in the US, Canada and Australia too. Happy to have your feedback on that! - I have no experience with asian staffing agencies yet so I would be very happy to see if this can be, to some extent, applicable to your country ? This might help other recruiters so thanks for sharing : ) - In contract recruitment, note that if your monthly gross profit (total of margin you generate in a month) exceeds a certain amount (ex: 50k), everything above that is 100% for you. Example : 15 WGP = 60k margin per month. You apply the model described in the video for the first 50k and the remaining 10k are 100% for you 😃 - During the two last year of my career as an employee, I was not 100% focusing on the billing side but I was also a coach (no commission on that) and I have never been money driven so if you are money driven and a "hardcore biller", you can definitely make more money than I did 😉
Great Videos Ivan. Love the info but my jaw dropped and I zoned out when you said you pay 50% in taxes made me rewind as my mind went on a tangent thinking about what if I had to pay that much lol.
Great channel, very informative. Paying 50% tax seems horrible though, only 20% below 50 k here! Thanks for the video really helping me prepare for my interviews.

In which geography are you charging 25-30% fees?
In many (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, US, UK,..) but it depends more on the market/industry than on the location

Какого черта мы так крутимся?
Чтобы заработать деньги?
Но на кой черт нам деньги, если мы только и делаем, что крутимся?
Are you having your own agency?
Hello, I have my own recruitment business (coaching, consulting and Rec2Rec mostly)
You are French right? You think its the same in the UK?
I am from Belgium but I think that if you replace € by £, the figures are still quite accurate
