Shark Blue is the perhaps the least correctly-photographed Porsche color in the current lineup. 100% better in person.

@@GTSCarLife I think I mean the white balance needs to be set manually. In your vid, the color is washed out so much that I wasn’t sure if it was even SB. Not knocking your video, but rather championing SB. I didn’t like the color until I saw it in person and ordered my Carrera T in Shark Blue.
@JuanAdam12 Congratulations on your Carrera T. And yes, all colors (even black and white) look different on screen. When I tested a 992 GT3 a year and a half ago or so, I wished that it was in Shark Blue instead of the Racing Yellow. It’s a fantastic color! You’re gonna have so much fun! Where are you located?
@@GTSCarLife Porsche is ending Shark Blue in early ‘24. Hopefully it will be a color that stands the test of time. I’m in the Chicago area.
@JuanAdam12 I’m in Dallas. If you’re ever down this way, let me know and I’d love to feature your car on the channel. Porsche has a history of relatively short runs of special colors. I think that keeps them more unique and sought after. No doubt there will be buyers choosing Shark Blue as their PTS option in the future. Maritime Blue is another really cool blue and bringing that back for a few years would fit right in with their current heritage focus. Adam 12 is that a reference to the show? As usual, another great video Thomas! As stated by @AQUALUXAUTODETAILING, I enjoy the history incorporated here, as well as your other videos, before the deep dive into the actual vehicle featured. This is a fantastic car, and can only dream of owning one. Watching this video is the next best thing, for now. One thing I feel I need to mention/request; could you speak slower in your future videos? Maybe I'm just getting old, but sometimes I have trouble understanding what you're saying, with the rapid speech style. Not meant to be critical or offensive. I suppose if I had the opportunity to access this vehicle for a review, I'm guessing I'd be blubbering incoherently from excitement, and generally incoherent. Thanks for posting and Happy New Year!

Are you sure the tyre specs are 295 front and 395 rears? Can't find anything close to 395 on the internet and all other 992's I've seen are around 315 rears. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough?

I would take this over any of the italian supercars that cost 3 to 4 times as much.

Just picked up a very low mileage 2023 Turbo S Cab for a very high marked up price, alas. What a magnificent beast and lots to learn after trading in a 2018 991.2 GTS 4 cab. Would you happen to know precisely what kind of battery my car has? I want to get the right trickler.
Congratulations on a serious upgrade! Let me know if you’re ever able to stop smiling! I believe you have a lead acid battery. CTEK is one of the best trickle chargers. In fact, it’s also badged as Porsche’s own brand, at a higher price of course. If you have a lithium battery (i.e. Anti Gravity) then you must use the lithium compatible charger. If that’s what you are referring to, the reason is that I’m just not eloquent enough to speak, on camera which I hate, for a long period of time. If I did, I promise you that you and many more would get bored with the tangents and pauses. It would be much worse, I assure you. In my dreams, I can speak like Ed Bolian. But in reality, I wouldn’t stand a chance. I can however outdrive Ed any day! I really do appreciate the feedback.

Nice car only thing is for 250k it doesn’t sound that good until you’re high in the Rpms. That’s why I like my hellcat I can have a hoot and keep it under 4000 rpm it’s making silly supercharger whine noises and blipping off exhaust even at 3000 rpm you don’t need to go fast. In that thing by the time your having fun your already going 120mph

Haha absolutely I have 2 of them I could sell both for a turbo and not finance a whole lot but I love them. Had the platform for awhile I feel like people kind of stick to their own brand identities which is cool. Everyone likes something a little different. BTW that shark blue does look amazing. ✌️

Yeah it's nice but no one can afford this shit! lol Seriously, the vast majority of folks cannot afford this car and neither can I. Even most of the guys reviewing these cars can't afford them and that's why they BORROW them. It never ceases to amaze me how often reviewed this car is, along with so many other mega expensive exotic cars, as if anyone really needs to know! lol
Well, I have owned 6 Porsches (currently have 3, values greater than this Turbo S) so you missed it with me. And actually many people can and do afford these. In fact, DFW is one of Porsche’s top 3 markets for Porsche sales in the United States. Maybe focus on improving your situation instead of attacking others and you’ll have a better outlook one day. I bought Nvidia stock 1000 shares in 2011 and 500 more shares in 2016 when the story changed. With the latest stock split I now have 60,000 shares. I am already up $5,000,000 since January 1. I am buying a Turbo S in cobalt blue with black interior.
