This was by far one of the coolest properties we have toured. From an average looking facade, you enter into a different universe full of exciting architectural and interior elements.

Property description:
We are delighted to introduce this exclusive property boasting 1,400 square meters under cover, designed by a renowned architect, and constructed on the foundations of a historic winery dating back to 1930.
The space, crafted in a cylindrical shape, spans three floors and features hanging gardens and green walls. Accessible via stairs or an elevator, these elements connect different levels and areas flooded with natural light.
The property includes separate workspaces and living quarters, ingeniously utilising old concrete wine tanks to fashion rooms, bathrooms, and even a jacuzzi.
Its creator has transformed the area into a lavish loft with a cutting-edge and smart design. The entire structure has been adorned with meticulous details, enhancing each corner of the space. The furnishings have been carefully chosen and designed to blend harmoniously with the surroundings.
Spread across three floors and a basement, the rooms are tastefully decorated, maintaining the essence of the historic winery with decorative elements made from its original tools.
Upon entry, a solid wood door, several centimetres thick, greets visitors, flanked by bespoke doors designed to complement the entrance hall.
One can either access the office area directly or traverse a plant-filled corridor leading to the main living area and a meeting room equipped with its own projector. This level also hosts a 37°C temperature-controlled pool and three en-suite bedrooms.
On the following floor, the master suite sprawls across 150 square meters, featuring a double dressing room, a luxurious bathroom, and picturesque views of the well-maintained surrounding plants, creating an idyllic ambiance.
Moving up, there's a fully equipped and luxurious kitchen, a dining area with terrace access, and an integrated open home theatre in the living room.
The basement houses a wine cellar, two workshops storing the owners' tools and materials, and a parking space for four cars, with the potential to accommodate 7 or 8 spots with minor adjustments.

This is without a doubt, one of the most exquisite unique, and just incredible houses I’ve ever seen. I mean by far. This is one of those houses that shows you what a house can truly be. You could live here for a decade and not find all the secrets this house has. Every day would be a surprise. Especially with all these plants. This house has so many elements that are unique and incredible yet all work together. I mean the center circular volume, genius. Stunning would be an understatement. I’ve watched thousands of house tours here on TH-cam and this is guaranteed top five. Amazing work you guys, covering a house like this in one days time is much harder than it looks. What happened here? It's real art, it's a state of mind, it's a masterpiece. I watch all of Maro's productions, but this house... is also the most difficult house to show here. You have to be there, feel the magic, not everyone will "understand" this palace. But this is the home of a couple of artists. Incredible.

If I was born in Spain and I was a young millionaire, I would 100% buy this, just bring friends and family over all day, or I could also use it as a place to launch a tech start-up. Very large, with multiple options, it has everything you need.

What an incredible home. I'd love to see what the building was like before the renovation. Usually my inclination is to quite minimal mid-century style homes and interior design but this has been done so well with so many beautiful elements and details without looking like clutter, it's more like a discovery experience. What a space to live and create art and design in.

Talking about a city next to mediterranean sea Barcelona was the best city 10 years ago but now i think is Malaga... the most important thing for a city is safety and a wealthy person who buy the house probably have jewelry that want to use and Barcelona is not safe anymore to wear them... best place in spain next to the sea is northwest or southwest... costa del sol is nice but is overcrowded... is my point of view... but every person is diferent and depend of what are looking for...

1:49 I really doubt that you can fit 6 to 8 cars in this garage. More likely 4 cars if you include the ramp, but to a real daily usage, 2 cars and maybe 1 or 2 motorcycles. But even so, this loft is AMAZING...

this is pretty common in Barcelona. I live in this city and finding an apartment with windows on both est/west side was a challenge.
Looks cool. Probably not as cool to live in.
Not my style (not homey enough), but really insanely developed! Only thing is that i had some trouble understanding the layout/floor plan and knowing exactly where you were walking haha

It's homey enough when you compare it to the big villa's in the U.S. These are more office buildings.
The space is incredible, but i find a lot of the finishings and decoration borderline tacky.

Very nice video. The place looks like out of a Miami Vice show. 80s kitsch, very excessive, too loud colors, rather cheesy. Definitely it is not a home.
