Slick. Very unique exterior. Unsure about the slanted columns, but, it’s different. Floor to ceiling glass doors/window, incredible, true centerpiece with the views.👍🏽✌🏽

I usually hate light color wood (I like dark wood or just paint it black for some contrast) but for some reason I love it in this place, I'm not sure why, it just fits well ..

Nice villa, but where the fifth bedroom with the bathroom disappeared and where is the guest toilet on the ground floor?🤔 Btw., if we are talking about privacy, the left side of the lot, where part of the villa next to it can be seen, should be protected with a higher structure, so that part of the villa next to it is not visible either. Regarding the view from the front, I hope that villa under construction will not affect the privacy too much and reduce the view from the front and I hope that there will not be more villas under construction in the front.

Schönes Haus. Man konnte das Haus detailliert zeigen. Zum Beispiel wo führt die Treppe im TV Raum hin. Gibt es keine Toilette im Wohnbereich? Vom Keller hat man auch nicht viel gesehen..

Trees, shrubs, hedges, palm trees can be planted to give you the privacy u need in a few years. Not really an issue tbh

Only problem is, James Bond doesn't ever have "a house". He has multiple bank accounts and "secret hideouts" he can reside anonymously whenever he needs to stay below the radar.

make the room for the indoor pool into a cinema/bar/games room or what ever you want. It's Spain, i don't know how much use an indoor pool will be as you have a decent one outside
The house is fine , but the interior design isbt that good.
