Ein wunderschönes Haus und eine sehr gute Tour, super Kameraführung und super Präsentation. Nur das Grundstück wäre mir entschieden zu klein und die Nachbarn zu dicht dran - schade dass Immobilien so immobil sind 🤔 Auf einem großen Grundstück wäre das Haus perfekt.

@@TheMarobrothers - Spanish Corner - Villa 17 is preferred, seems like the same builder / designer. I like the kitchen a lot, the black stone in the bathroom and the use of wood and wooden window frames really pop nicely. Green tiled mosaic pool gives a deeper relaxed feel also. With the basement, I would prefer one texture on the walls, rather then stone and brick combo. I would stick to a single texture. That's the only thing I would tone down. I am always torn between a modern style vs a Spanish style. This Spanish style home hits the mark for me. And the traditional doors do seem to be the better option for this house !! Sorry !

10:30 Love the pool tiles as well, they are just the right size. Usually they are so tiny that they look like from the 70s. Also, the 2 separate outdoor levels give a very cozy feeling with the greenery around when standing in the kitchen 😍

Market is moving up, everything is more expensive, starting from building supplies etc all the way to properties. But they are worth it 👌
