something I wrote recently about So Hyang ... in my 60 years of living she is by far the best vocalist I have ever heard in my lifetime and at this age I have heard them all .. I am not an expert on vocal techniques actually I am a layman when it comes to such things such as chest voice mixed voice head voice whistle tone etc what it is for me and I am sure is the same for most people like me ... we literally connect to her voice ... that it is not just subliminally but also overtly moving our souls .. it is like a spiritual awakening ... she is touching what is at the very root of our being. Being just average non musically trained people to us It is not her mastery of technique breath control or what octave she is in ( though that is what she delivers along with her emotional fortitude while singing) It is that each time she sings she takes out breath away .. it doesn't matter what song .. what genre ... it only matters that she is there before us blessing us with something we rarely get the chance to experience ... perfection ... virtuosity ... she anoints us with her musicality ... she is Gods angel giving us hope .. love .. compassion .. understanding and forgiveness in such a way that we feel enlightened an more so ... blessed to have been a part of it .. this is the greatness of So Hyang .. though many other famous "vocalist" exist in the world .. though many may gain or have fame and either equal or surpass her technique ... in the things you mention none can achieve the one thing that makes So Hyang the vocalist she is .. they are not ... So Hyang.

And what was so amazing is that all her notes are crystal clear. My parents own a place in the high desert of Oregon, USA, they have a well that is fed by an underground river. It is down 125 ft. but it comes up through a lot of volcanic rock. When it comes to the surface in the form of a glass of water, the water is so cold and clean and clear it hurts your teeth at first. This is how I hear her voice, not that it hurts my teeth, but it is so clean and pure no matter how soft or loud she sings. It is just amazing. Every one of her notes is whole and complete. No strain on the ends of the high notes. No lose of character in the notes she is barely pushing air through. I look forward to watching more of her videos. think about it...she stood in one place...never moved...it is so hard to contain your passsion and vocal agility , not moving...and i agree...its one of the best vocal performances i have ever heard. people who have endured such adversity in life can sing from places we will never understand....she sang with all the love and passion she holds deep within

And what was so amazing is that all her notes are crystal clear. My parents own a place in the high desert of Oregon, USA, they have a well that is fed by an underground river. It is down 125 ft. but it comes up through a lot of volcanic rock. When it comes to the surface in the form of a glass of water, the water is so cold and clean and clear it hurts your teeth at first. This is how I hear her voice, not that it hurts my teeth, but it is so clean and pure no matter how soft or loud she sings. It is just amazing. Every one of her notes is whole and complete. No strain on the ends of the high notes. No lose of character in the notes she is barely pushing air through. I look forward to watching more of her videos. Thanks again for your reactions, oh and Marco, I would have been disappointed if all those sensations weren't running through you.
