- Part 2
The creator of BBC Four's Screenwipe, Charlie Brooker, did a special for Channel 4's The Art Show in which he presented a helpful and hilarious guide on how to watch TV. This was done with three quarters of the show being animated and was presented like a public information film.
Original Broadcast Date: 19/12/03

I love the way Charlie Brooker makes a cameo
I've seen some of these phone-in questions easy to the extent they actually give the answer in the segment. For example:
'The island of Cyprus in what sea?
A. The Mediterranean Sea.
B. The Sea of Tranquillity
or
C. Opperation Sealion.
The winner will get a two-week holiday to Cyprus where they can enjoy the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea'.
longest minute of my life :P
i know this was made a while back so its funny how charlie un-knowingly told us not to watch his then future wife's future show at 1:13 lol
the sequence starts..... NOW!
PICK AN ASPECT RATIO AND STICK WITH IT
8:22 is very true. About the safe bubble of another persons enjoyment and the decreasing effort to work on your own social life.
lol reminds me of brass eye...again
I just spent a minute smiling at an egg..
imagine channel surfing onto this without knowing the context of it and thinking what the hell kinda program is this?, a boiled egg =S
I didnt know dignity is measured in pints! :O
@strayjohno I did this too. Take that, Brooker!
I'm Wilky.
@kinghani Where?
The widescreen section of the boiled egg segment was a bit racy for me...
