Fun fact! In Bloons TD 5, there was an upgrade for the banana farm called the Banana Republic that had the appearance of a fanciful villa with banana tree sprites! It would give 25 banana drops that rewarded $40 per pickup. It was one of the most powerful midgame upgrades in the game because of this. Unfortunately, the devs decided that angering entire countries wasn't worth the joke and renamed it in Bloons TD 6 as the Banana Plantation.
The US has never been against dictatorships. They're for dictatorships as long as the dictator is convenient and aligns with the US. For example, the US was friends with Franco because he was anti-communist, even though he was a fascist dictator. I'm convinced that if WW2 never happened and Hitler was in charge of Germany during the Cold War, the US would have been allies with him because he was anti-communist.
Well, that's not really a hypothetical. The Western Allies turned on the Soviet Union almost immediately after the Second World War. In West Germany, many Nazi officials were pardoned during the 1950s, if they had been persecuted at all (a lot of them even stayed in politics, just in other established parties). An independent Germany rising to the ranks of Britain and the USA by conquest of Eastern Europe might actually have been too much of a risk for those established empires, even though the anti-communism of the Nazis was welcome.
A small but noteworthy portion of the US population wanted to side with Nazi Germany...sooo. It was closer to happening than many people nowadays want to admit. You gotta remember that neither America nor Britain won the war, it was really the soviet union. On sheer number of soldiers, deaths and resources, at least in the European and african campaigns, the Soviets won the war, and because the pacific campaign was smaller, they won it over all.

Funny how capitalist countries have higher wage than in communist country

Unfortunately, the devs decided that angering entire countries wasn't worth the joke and renamed it in Bloons TD 6 as the Banana Plantation.
not true banna plantation was in btd 5 they just removed the banana republic step and skipped straight to banana research facility in btd 6
It's sad to say but it's true
not just that, but also they created dictatorships in many countries for the same reason
Also Werner Von Braun got to have a job.
