I have a similar background and trajectory. I can confidently say that knowing those skills will ABSOLUTELY be useful. I didn’t end up using MS project that much, but excel is always a good bet (practically every org on planet earth uses this extensively). Tableau is great for creating nice dashboards and self service reporting that management just loves to bits. Power platform was an absolute game changer for me personally and a level up for my division. If you get really good with power automate, power apps, and dataverse then you will be quite well positioned with skills. I highly recommend learning the basics of software engineering to really push those skills out for power platform as they make those skills more accessible to folks without coding skills. You don’t need to know how to code, but if you understand the principles and how software is built (front end, back end, and databases) then you will create killer automations and power apps that make your life much easier.
Keep it up, you’re on the right track!

Having a CAPM Certification can help you stand out from others in today's competitive market (it helped me when I was switching careers from Engineering to Project Management). If you already have a job as.a PM and you already have 3 years of project management experience, then my recommendation would be to go for your PMP Certification

That's a great field to pursue, and there are many career paths in biotech and pharmaceutical with project management & program management.
