40ml vegetable oil
50g purple sweet potato
1 tsp ube flavoring
20ml milk ( warm )
purple food color
4 egg whites
80g ( 8 tbsp) white sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
50g white chocolate
150ml fresh cream / heavy cream
100g ube halaya / purple yam jam
200℃ for 12 minutes
