@KitBadger you should try the Grec X NVG Recorder. Audio is inferior but video is much better. Higher frame rate and doesn't bloom out like the Unobtanium Gear.

For P Mags specifically, I run dedicated 7.62x35 P Mags because the standard 5.56 ones always jam up with 7.62x35/300BLK. Their dedicated ones work well (I ran them in this competition too). Don't have the same issue with 5.56 lancers or USGI mags.

Do you see a difference w/ PMAGs in 300BLK when it comes to supers and subs? I wonder if the bullet geometry of the larger and heavier subs would be the issue here.

@@evant4715 the 7.62x35 Pmags ran great with 125, 150, 200 and 220 grains. I had issues with all of them in the 5.56 Pmags.

I’ve had that same bolt issue with my AR running brass ammo (the nice stuff too) so I wonder if it’s more of a mag issue?

Yeah, and unless you’re attending night matches on the regular it’s a serious commitment to become proficient in so many things. If I was peaked in USPSA, IPSC, 3gun, etc and needed something new NVG events might be an option.

When are people going to come to terms that the Q Fix just flat out sucks.
The accuracy is mediocre and it’s just not reliable.
I would love for it to work because it’s cool as hell. But that’s not our reality.

the gun isnt even really the biggest issue, it's the price. I cannot wrap my mind around why it's so dang expensive. You could setup a decent PRS rifle for a fraction of the price.

@@nahnothnx4608 the Fix has a unique feature set. There is no other gun that does everything it does. Mine hasn’t had any reliability issues, but I haven’t run it hard like this.
