    Love the cameo by peanut.

Peanut cameo makes the day! Also, that axe is sweet - and having a trainer for it hopefully means someone is working up classes for it.

Needed to turn the gas up. I'm not sure how easy it is to do on the fly but yeah as a SCAR 17 owner we all know how FN is and we want to baby the gun in terms of suppressor use yet they give us a two setting adjustable gas block. I bought mine way back in the day and would be furious with FN now if they are still shoving out a product with A2 grips, quad rails, and no settings gas blocks. The second round issue sounds like some interaction with the round not going up the feed ramp. The simple solution would be to turn up the gas one click again and see if that works or try a different manufactures 6.5 and see if it feeds better.

OP Tactical has a 'land' version of the OTB that's not vented for drainage.

I could be totally wrong here and you may have already tried this, but I suspect that the 2nd round stoppages could be resolved by allowing more gas into the system to help overcome the added resistance from a nearly fully loaded magazine.
In my experience, the amount of pressure being applied to the bottom of the carrier goes down drastically after the first round or two are stripped off the top of the stack.
Great video, I always like to see your loadouts because of how untraditional and fun they tend to be.

More than likely it's because of excessive spring pressure in the magazine causing the second-round to ride on the bolt and slow it down. First thing to do is change magazines without cleaning the gun

Didn't like that 'upgrade' gas regulator for this exact issue. It gives people an easy way to fk up the reliability, 'just one more click and look the gun is softer'(and became unreliable).
He has the newer scar with NRCH and the two examples I have dealt with both came perfectly gassy out of the factory on both settings. I did a test dropping the gas jet by only 0.05mm to 0.10mm and found it to be borderline reliable on the 17 so I didn't even bother with the 20(308).

I need to get out of LA city asap. For me to get any kind of long range footage with my scar, I would need to drive halfway to Las Vegas. About 110 miles just to shoot outdoors

Pmag fixed the 2 round pickup issue. Try ‘em out

The Altima OTBs messed my feet up pretty bad when I was still doing police work. They do look cool but have zero traction and zero support.

I wonder if your second round issue is due to spring pressure dragging on the bottom of the carrier, and preventing the bolt from coming back far enough to pick up the second round.
