Once again you are giving some sound advice here. I like the way you provide sound advice through your own experience, in a down to earth manner. Though I am a grandma I like watching and listening to you. And I agree with what you say here. In Uk and in Australia mothers are not encouraged to have Caesarian sections unless it is absolutely necessary or it is an emergency. Only if you go private you have that choice. And now they advice the benefits of having a natural birth as the bacteria in the mother’s birth canal provide lots of good bacteria to the development of a healthy micro biome in the new baby. And as you say our bodies are built and designed for this natural process. I do respect the mothers who have chosen the caesarean option as it is their choice or it was unavoidable. Good luck for the work you do.

Great motivational content! I prepared for a normal delivery (proper diet/ weight/ exercises/ went to office until 2 days before the delivery) but I had to go through a c section. Nevertheless, as you very correctly said c section is extremely difficult after giving birth. Taking care of the wound/ belly cut and the constant back pain “talk about it!!!!”... always encourage anyone rethink about a c section unless otherwise advised by the doctor or due to unavoidable circumstances... if anyone prepares to go through a normal delivery but had to go for a c section last minute, it’s much easier to get back to the normal life as well... coz your body is mentally and physically well prepared to get back to your normal life post delivery! 👍 Comment from the personal experience!
Yes darling very well said , even if you had to go through a c section under emergency , it would get you like less time to recover from everything than going for a planned c section as your mind is fully prepared for the same. Great motivational content! I prepared for a normal delivery (proper diet/ weight/ exercises/ went to office until 2 days before the delivery) but I had to go through a c section. Nevertheless, as you very correctly said c section is extremely difficult after giving birth. Taking care of the wound/ belly cut and the constant back pain “talk about it!!!!”... always encourage anyone rethink about a c section unless otherwise advised by the doctor or due to unavoidable circumstances... if anyone prepares to go through a normal delivery but had to go for a c section last minute, it’s much easier to get back to the normal life as well... coz your body is mentally and physically well prepared to get back to your normal life post delivery! 👍 Comment from the personal experience!

Yes darling very well said , even if you had to go through a c section under emergency , it would get you like less time to recover from everything than going for a planned c section as your mind is fully prepared for the same.
